This house is a must stay! This snug, 1930s vintage modern home has been updated by the owners to make your stay warm and welcoming, while giving you a trendy vacation you’d love to post on Instagram :) The fireplace is perfect for a cold winter night, and need a place to wash your clothes? Downstairs we have it right on site! We would love to have your family stay in this beautiful home.

We had an awesome stay here. It was very comfortable and cozy, it's in a central location, and the neighborhood is really nice too. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Perfect spot

Quaint, little property with roomy accommodations. So much better than 4 people sharing a hotel room…everyone had their own space. The location was convenient, quiet and the neighborhood felt safe.

Business Trip

The house was very clean, well organized, and very convenient to the remainder of the city. Communication with the host was prompt and always helpful. Washer/dryer were in the basement and could not be heard upstairs making for quiet and relaxing evenings. The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed to prepare meals.

Location location location

This property is on a very quiet street in a great location that is close to everything including the volleyball tournament I attended over the weekend. The gas fireplace was nice. The bed and bedding were comfortable. Everything was smooth and easy. Would stay again.

Home away from home

Very cute little place. In town for a sporting event with two teenagers. This was an excellent option over a small hotel room. Excellent location. Off street parking. Just a warm and cozy home. Teen approved. The host was easy and very responsive to talk to when needed. Appreciate the stay.

The property was fantastic!!! We loved the cozy fireplace! The location was wonderful, only five minutes from everything we were doing. The host was very easy to communicate with.

Homecoming weekend with friends

Gathered with college friends and wanted to experience the football homecoming weekend. Great location, just 2 blocks off Broadway and a 5 minute walk to the stadium. The house was clean and well appointed. Just what we wanted. We had a great time with friends and recommend you try this place out. I would stay again.

Just as it looks

Such a quaint home. It looks just like the pictures. Close to SEMO. Living room could use 1 more chair. The stools in the kitchen were too high to sit at the island to eat. But it met our needs. Very clean home.

Weekend in Cape

Cute little house and quiet neighborhood with easy access to downtown and areas we wanted to visit. We were in town for a bike ride and visited Trail of Tears State Park.

Cutest Little Cape Cottage

We traveled to the Cape for business but really enjoyed our time and decided to stay an extra day! House and Owner were amazing and we would definitely stay here again!

Cute little house

We had a little trouble with check in and had trouble contacting the owner. This was because the owner was in a different country & there was a huge time difference. However, once we connected everything went smoothly. Our teen stayed upstairs as the stairs were pretty steep. But he thought it was awesome to have the whole upstairs to himself. The only suggestion I would have: to have a little table with chairs that fit under it in the kitchen. The little butter block & stools that are in there now were very awkward and uncomfortable as there was nowhere for your legs to fit under it while eating. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Cute little house

House was very nice and clean. Great neighborhood and super close to SEMO! Made visiting our son very nice having a place to stay other than a hotel room.
