The owner of this property was very quick and responsive to messages. The house was very clean and well stocked. The location was great and very convenient for my visit to SEMO. I would definitely stay here again.

Great house in a great location. Well-stocked kitchen with some thoughtful extras. You can tell that the owner cares which means a lot to someone originally from Cape. 10/10 would stay again.

It was perfect!

We had the best girls’ getaway here! The place was super clean and well decorated. We had everything we needed, and the host was friendly and quick to respond. The location was perfect—lots of shops, restaurants, and even a spa all within walking distance. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot!

This place is immaculate. Clean, comfortable, with thoughtful touches everywhere. Great location for walking down to the riverfront. Can get a bit noisy with a local bar nearby and live band but it never went very late into the night. Communication with host was quick and pleasant.

We had a fantastic stay at this property in Downtown Cape! The house is beautiful, and we truly enjoyed hanging out here. It is so close to everything downtown and also to SEMO's campus. The kitchen was fully stocked, the linens were super soft & the house had wonderful decor...including a record player! We were visiting our son who goes to school in town. He stayed with us at the house, and now we have great memories together. We look forward to staying again! Thank you.
