This apartment is located at Marbella Del caribe Oeste , one of the most wanted condominiums in Isla verde. This condo apartment has a walk out balcony with an unobstructed 180 Degree ocean view!
cozy one bedroom has a king size bed, a living room with a full couch and a recliner for you to lean back and listen to the ocean waves with an spectacular view All comfy furniture!!!!! 2 flat screen TVs / DVD with 250 high speed wireless internet, central air conditioning, new stainless steel outdoor furniture. Also includes outside playground for children and BBQ area for friends and family.

Fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, and everything you need to feel at home. Complimentary assigned parking space underground you can rent a lounger and umbrella right at the beach for $10 a day.

The entire property is gated, there is direct access to the beach through a secured gate, using a key fob. THE BEACH IS YOUR BACK YARD!!!! Pool is amazing!!! adult / kids pool combo so, the family can be together at all time for fun in the sun☀️☀️ pool is gate as well for safety, so children can’t have access without an adult.

24 hour door man to direct you at all time on anything you need during your stay

This was the perfect place for my partner and I to stay. The beach view from the bedroom and the balcony was unbeatable. We loved the easy beach access and proximity to Old San Juan. Thank you Maria for providing us with such a great place on short notice!

Absolute perfect getaway…The apartment was the perfect spot to enjoy amazing views, steps to the beach and a super nice pool. Maria was a pleasure to work with and everything about the apartment was on point. We will definitely be returning in the near future.

We loved the location and the grounds. Ocean view spectacular! Loved the pool, too. Lots of great restaurants in the area. We liked that we could rent chairs and an umbrella on the beach. The condo was great. Kitchen small, but fine. We would have liked our own beach chairs and a few more hand towels. Otherwise, fabulous!

This spot is absolutely perfect! The photos in the listing don’t give justice to the breathtaking view from the balcony. Property is incredibly well maintained and in a safe and quiet neighborhood away from the main tourist areas. We will be coming again!

First the good: property is clean with amenities as advertised and the balcony overlooking the ocean is beautiful and a true feeling of vacation. That said, the host reached out to us about a water issue a few days before our trip and advised that there would only be water a certain times during the day but she prepared buckets for us for the other times. At this late point we decided to just go with it as trying to cancel and re book somewhere else would be hard and expensive (note that we found out this has been an issue for months). However, when we arrived not only was there no water, there was no electricity at all. There was no electricity for the entire first day there and it only came back in middle of the night the next day. The lack of electricity was not disclosed to us at all even though the signs all over the building advised that this was a scheduled interruption. When we messaged the host about it her response was “there are flashlights” and “this is what happens in PR”. We again lost power 3 days later and the host was no more accommodating or concerned with our inconvenience this time as well. If this typical of what happens in this apt, then the listing should advise as much so the guests can make fully informed decisions. The last minute disclosure about the water and the lack of disclosure about the electricity is not a sign of honesty in representing the listing.

The Hank you for staying in Marbella del caribe condominium, I’m glad you enjoyed the stay in the apartment, how ever we don’t control the electric power and the water system in PR, I try to accommodate my guest I much as I can but Puerto Rico is an island and things happen not only to my apartment but the entire island. Please be aware that this is not a hotel it is someone’s residence.

Perfect beach location. Direct access to a wide, swimmable beach. Stunning views. Walgreens located directly across the street for food necessities.Walkable to many eating establishments. 10 minute ride from the airport and a 15 minute ride to Old San Juan. We would definitely stay here again.

There are several things you need to know before renting anything in Puerto Rico. It is a beautiful place, but they do have issues with water. That being said, a place like this has trouble accommodating the lack of water, they trucking it in and it is available at night. The air conditioning is a water cooled system so it can only be run at night. It can’t catch up with the amount of heat accumulates during the day so it is very hot. There was one window unit in the living room. It blew air but did not cool. Nothing in the bedroom and the fan didn’t work. Communication with the host was not good. The letter I received had her number listed as XXX-XXXX and I was sent nothing else so I contacted her through the app the day we checked in which was Wednesday and she reached out to me on Sunday. At that point we had taken most of our things and stayed in other locations as sleeping was difficult in the heat and on vacation I don’t want to be miserable. I told her we would check out with the desk at that point and asked I would get any refund. At that point I was told I would get two days. To date I have gotten nothing. I left no mess and followed all the instructions given by the security guard and if this stays listed then those rules need to be added to this listing as well. I would NOT rent this property. I did attempt to work with the host and waiting three months but no change so thought any future renters should know before making a reservation
