Had a great stay. This property was perfectly sized and laid out for our stay. The younger kids really enjoyed the game room and the yard. Loved seeing all of the deer walk through the yard every day. We would gladly re-book next time we're in need off a large place.

Wonderful outdoor space for kids and pets. The downstairs great room/bunk room worked very well with our large group of teens. The place smelled a little musty, but was very clean. Mattresses were a bit dated, but we slept.

We had an excellent experience. We had plenty of room for all the guests and found the accommodations very satisfying,. We saw deer in the backyard onto two occasions and that was a delightful surprise.

Loved it!

Lovely property central to a lot of fun activities in CO Springs. We were less than 30 mins from the zoo, the incline, the penny arcade and even some solid nightlife.

Family vacation together time with all kids and grandkids and a few friends. The house easily held the 13 of us. The housewas well stocked to be able to cook and serve. Game room was a hit. Plenty to do in the area to cover interests. Had a daily visitor.

Beautiful Home!

From check in to check out, everything was a super easy process. Tanya was a wonderful host, and while caught in a snow storm while visiting Breckenridge, we got stuck for a day and a half, and she was so understanding and so very accommodating. Definitely recommend this stay. There was plenty of room and the scenery was amazing, and the home is beautiful!

Family Gathering

This is a beautiful home that was perfect for our family. The kitchen was well stocked, gathering areas held everyone comfortably, and it was easy access to everything we needed. We will return to this home on our next visit.

Mountain get away

We enjoyed our family trip to Colorado. The vrbo was comfortable. The kids loved the hot tub, the beds were comfy, we had a blast playing the meme game. It was great to have a grill and large kitchen table to enjoy meals together. Having a washer and dryer was a lifesaver.

New Years in CO Springs!

This was the perfect place for our family to celebrate our sons first birthday and new years! The host was very responsive to any questions. We also brought our pets. There is a lot of space, both inside and outdoors. It was a great stay!

Peaceful and Cozy

We loved our stay! There were plenty of towels, the house was so clean and comfortable to sleep 6 adults and 4 toddlers. The hot tub was wonderful to warm us up on the cold nights- also VERY clean! We were greeted by deer every morning outside the back porch. The neighbors were friendly too! We plan to stay here again :)

Perfect for Family

This is the perfect place for family and the location was amazing! Plenty of space for everyone to spread out, yet the living/dining room with a nice long table gives a space to come together again for meals and games. The outdoor area was rustic but spacious and the kids enjoyed the hot tub which was a nice bonus. We spotted deer, rabbits, chipmunks, and lots of birds. Also relax on the front deck and enjoy the beautiful mountain views. We would definitely come back to stay!

Best beds ever

So first, I have to say, this VRBO had the best beds. So comfortable! This house is in a safe, quiet neighborhood, and has a great view out the front. We had five adults and one child and we had ample room. You really can’t go wrong with this listing.

Christmas in Colorado Springs

Fabulous home for our early family Christmas. Host even provided a tree, which set us for the holiday spirit. Home is on a hill with a beautiful mountain view from the living room. Central location with quick access to any where we went. The home had all we needed - spacious and comfortable beds. Cooked several meals and well stocked kitchen. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Outstanding vacation home

We had a group of 12, with 6 kids (ages 1,2,6,6,7, 10), their 4 parents and two grandparents. The house is very spacious and was perfect for our needs. We BBQ’d on the grill, played the arcade game downstairs and enjoyed every minute of our stay. It was reasonably close to many local activities (Manitou Springs, Pikes Peak, the North Pole, Garden of the Gods, the list goes on and on.) The back patio and covered deck were fantastic places to relax outside away from the noise…😂 We would definitely stay here again.

Great place & Great Hosts!

This was a GREAT rental! We were in Colorado for a funeral, the host was so understanding and kind. They allowed me to bring my 5-week-old puppies, so they weren't separated from their mother. Nice fenced in yard. Hot tub. Big spacious house for the kids and family. I will definitely be staying again. It's quiet and peaceful and has beautiful views. We loved it! Great hosts!

Family Colorado Home

Our stay here was great. Everything was described as it is. There was a third shower in the basement, which was nice with 15 people staying. Plenty of seating for meals between outside and inside and space for everyone to spread out. FYI- There are many stairs to the main floor, if you have someone with accessibility issues. It’s in a beautiful area of Colorado Springs, easy to find. Very quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed our stay!

Absolutely amazing!

I don't know where to even begin with how absolutely fabulous our stay was. The house we had originally booked had an unforeseen issue. Tanya called us and informed us of the issue and immediately relieved any concerns by offering us a bigger and actually better house that was more suited to our needs. We were a very small senior class on senior trip and had some specific room needs. I cannot stress enough how much we appreciate Tanya and her drive to make sure we were comfortable and accommodated. Thank you so much, Tanya, for letting us stay in your beautiful house!
