Designed with family, fun and entertaining in mind, this waterfront estate offers layers of living area for maximum enjoyment! Located in the center of Clearwater Beach this freshly renovated home offers, sensational island living with spectacular views from every room. The homes updates include new floors, new renovated bathroom and kitchen. The home has an open floor plan, kitchen, dining and family room. The living room has a bar great for families and entertaining. This 4 bedroom home has 2 bedrooms on the main floor and 2 bedrooms on the second floor. Upstairs bedrooms are both en-suite. Bedrooms are nicely sized, bright and appointed. Lovely enclosed patio area with fireplace, built in grill and tv that leads to the backyard and deep water dock that is just minutes to the Gulf. The outdoor space will have you having fun year round! Spacious and dramatic living areas perfect fit for a large family and great for entertaining. This house has plenty of upgrades and is ideally positioned walking distance to the white sand beaches, shops, restaurants of downtown Clearwater Beach.

Perfect stay!

The house exceeded expectations and the pictures don't do it justice. Manager was very responsive to the few questions that I had. Would definitely stay here again.

Great property for our family

The property was great - clean, everything in great condition and particularly loved the enclosed outdoor area with the barbecue, tv and ac. We did the 2 minute drive to the beach instead of walking because of our young kids. The neighbourhood was very quiet and perfect for families. Will definitely go back!

Awesome house

Overall great house with enough room for 8 people, although I wish there was a room with a bunk bed for the kids. The best features are: the living room with the huge window overlooking the bay and the Florida room and the back deck. We spent our mornings and evenings hanging out there. Saw dolphins pass right under the dock also - which was super cool. The beach chairs and the beach cart and bicycles were a nice touch. The walk to the beach was nice and easy and short. Perfect getaway for the extended family. Would definitely come back again.

Beyond Expectations

From the moment we walked in until we left it was beyond my dreams. The owner was great WITH SPECIAL TOUCHES AND COMMUNICATION!, We couldn’t have asked for more! The location was perfect as it was so close to everything and yet just a walk from the beach to complete privacy and quiet. We got such great sleep here. The bed was so comfortable and the quiet surroundings were spectacular! One morning as I stood on the dock, a dolphin swam right underneath me!!!! I can’t wait to go back!!! We were suppose to have 5 more people join us but their flights were cancelled. It would be a GREAT place to entertain. It would accommodate so many with their own bathrooms! Not that common in our travels. We highly recommend this place!!!!

Quiet bayside home in Clearwater Beach

We enjoyed our stay very much. The home is newly remodeled, well-appointed and the views of Clearwater Bay are impressive. We fished from the dock, saw dolphin a couple times and regularly enjoyed the patio and 2nd floor balcony. The 2nd floor BR's are really nice with great views, and the main floor BR's also have privacy. The home is located on a quiet street, but still convenient. It's almost 1/2 mile to the ocean, an easy walk for adults, but perhaps a bit long if you had young kids. That said, being further down the street is mostly a plus, as it both adds to the privacy and the views of the bay. And we had bikes in the garage which we used several times over our stay. Lastly, our one call to the property manager was promptly handled. We'd stay again.

Family Fun

The house was beautiful and the dock was great. The walk to the beach was a little far for us. The wagon did help carrying all the chairs. The ad stated that there was one king bed and three queens. Unfortunately there were only two queens, one double and one king. Because of this, one of us had to sleep on the couch because we couldn’t fit in one full size bed. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

Marvelous view and location

We felt the pictures undersold the property. The best feature aside from the beautiful view from every back side window, is the dock. Though we were a mere easy 9 minute walk from the beach, we found solitude and communion with nature on the dock. We saw everything from Osprey catching and eating fish to harbor dolphin swimming right under the dock. The property had extra conveniences including cruiser bikes, beach toys and chairs, as well as a beach wagon to carry everything. It is also walk-able to restaurants, cafes, and bars if you are inclined. Maria was always very responsive and communication was great. We definitely recommend this property and will stay again.
