You'll love its location close to the coast and its ideal south-facing position, so you can enjoy the sun all day long on the terrace, in the garden or on the sun loungers.
The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac, so peace and quiet are guaranteed.
This 60 m2 house can accommodate four people, or up to six (two bedrooms).
Ground floor:
- Entrance hall/veranda
- Living room with sofa bed, coffee table, television and wood-burning stove.
- Dining area with dining table.
- Open-plan kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine.
- Separate WC and washing machine.
1st floor:
- Bedroom with 160cm bed, storage space.
- Bedroom with two 90cm or one 180cm beds and storage space.
- Shower room with WC.
Outside:
- Terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue.
- Enclosed private garden.
Parking for two cars in front of the house.
