This is a well-maintained traditional Chautauqua Lake cottage. It is comfortable, nicely decorated, and situated in a quiet friendly neighborhood. The owner is very easy to work with. Five star rating!

Comfortable, clean with lots of updates. Good location. A very nice cottage over all.
One suggestion I would like to make for all Vrbo owners, maybe not use such intensely fragranced products for linens and towels or air fresheners. We appreciate the intent, but it was overwhelming.

I will certainly reconsider. I used fabric softener sheets and the beads which I use at home. Thank you for bringing that to my attention.
Very nice. The lack of potable water was a drawback, but the owner provided fresh water for drinking and cooking. Our guests were put off by this, and it reflected more on me as the host than on the owner because I didn’t know at the time of reservation. Maybe I missed the info.
Very Clean Cottage! Relaxing atmosphere. Communication with the host was excellent. Well equipped and the beds were very comfortable! Smelled great in there! They provided water for teeth brushing and drinking which was very nice. Towels included also! Nice patio set up with comfortable furniture and breeze coming through.
Note: there is only one window AC unit in living room. It got very warm in there and warm for sleeping. They did have fans that helped but just a heads up if you plan to stay in very warm weather.
We would highly recommend this cottage for your trip!
Recommendation: possibly a bar in the shower for elderly.people.
We were very pleased with the cottage in mayville. Everything we needed for a long weekend. Beds are very comfortable and the cottage is very cozy!
We would return when we come back to the area.
Chautauqua Lake in July - what could be better. The cottage was comfortable and conveniently located close to everything we like to do in Chautauqua County! Loved it.
Property was as described. Quiet and comfortable. Fire stick on tv lost internet connection the last 2 days but we retired early anyway.

There were a few hiccups. But nothing that could not be resolved. Paul and Kathy gave us a few tips which were helpful and we will implement them. Our cottage was immaculate when they left.
