ABOUT THE RAINBOW HOUSE.....

* Bright, 2 story home located on a safe, quiet cul-de-sac with ample parking for cars and boat trailer. Screened front porch for evening sunsets. Regulation basketball hoop at the curb

* Large primary bedroom/bathroom on GROUND floor with king sized bed and walk-in shower

* Bright & cheerful living/dining/kitchen area with volume ceilings. Smart TV, board games and bluetooth speaker available

* Upstairs bedrooms share a bathroom with bathtub

* Bunk room with smart TV sleeps 4 (pullout couch downstairs for guests who don't prefer bunk beds)

* Other upstairs guest room has a queen sized bed (no TV)

ABOUT OUR LOCATION.....

* Quiet, residential neighborhood just 5 minutes by car to downtown Dunnellon.

* KP Hole and Rainbow Springs State Park are less than 10 minutes by car

* Walk to Swampy's Restaurant and the bike/hike trails at Blue Run Park. You
can also launch your own kayak/SUP's from Blue Run Park.

* Public boat/kayak launch on the Withlacoochee River just a 5 minute drive
away, across from The Blue Gator Tiki Bar

* Bring your bikes (or use ours) to explore the neighborhood or the paved
bike/hike trails at Blue Run.

*Crystal River, famous for it's natural springs and abundance of manatee in winter, is just 20-25 minutes away! Crystal River has an adorable pedestrian friendly downtown with shops, restaurants and festivals.

* Ocala's renowned World Equestrian Center (WEC) is also just 20-25 minutes away. The Rainbow House makes a wonderful home base for our horse loving guests. WEC is an incredible facility. We highly recommend a day trip here, even if you aren't a horse person! Ocala also has a historic downtown with restaurants, breweries and retail.

* If you are a kayaker or Florida springs enthusiast, don't miss Silver Springs, Homosassa and Weeki Wachee, all an easy drive away.

* Gator fans, you're about 50 minutes to The University of Florida in Gainesville.

* Theme park lovers, you can be in Orlando in about an hour and fifteen minutes.
