気になった点 : チェックイン、コミュニケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
The views from this property are spectacular. The hosts were gracious and kind but the amenities were lacking. While the exterior of the property is charming the interior of the unit is extremely dated with old junky furniture. The tiny tv didn’t work. The kitchen is poorly equipped with a tiny fridge. We didn’t even get a tea towel. The toilet needed jiggling to make it operate properly, the bathroom vanity is coming off of the wall and we were not even given towels. Asking for the wifi password created much confusion and the hosts just ended up taking a picture of the bottom of their router and leaving us to figure it out. Communicating with the host regarding these and other issues was almost impossible as the hosts (though kind) spoke NO English and were not familiar with any translate app.
