The apartment house is located in the Baltic resort Binz on Rügen directly on the beach promenade (quiet section). The house has a lift, an underground car park (the entrance height is 2.15 m, with direct access to the house), a laundromat and a dryer (fee). In the house there is a (limited) beach chair rental for the guests of the house. Bicycle rental can be found near the house at the train station.
