Gîte de Malessard in South Touraine

The recently renovated Malessard gîte is set in a former farmhouse, in the midst of 16 hectares of freely accessible land for exclusive use (lawns, garden, orchard, woods and natural meadows). At the foot of a large forest, with no neighbours within 400 m, you'll find here confort, peace and wide-open spaces.
The 120 m2 single-storey house comprises a large fully-equipped kitchen (23 m2), a large living room with fireplace (42 m2), 2 bedrooms (14 m2), shower rooms and separate WC. The rear of the house opens onto a veranda and adjoining laundry room. The nominal sleeping capacity of the gîte is 4 people (1 double bed 140x190 cm in each of the bedrooms), to which can be added 2 places in the sofa bed in the living room, and 1 child's bed in one of the bedrooms (N = 7 places in maximum capacity). Bed linen, towels and household linen are provided and in place, unless otherwise requested.
The interior of the house is completely non-smoking, but smoking is possible outside or on the veranda in winter.
Interior equipment: fridge, freezer, induction hob, fan-assisted oven, microwave oven, gas stove, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, wired and wireless Internet access, DTT TV, living room with fireplace, Hifi Audio-Video listening system, board games, regional library (local heritage and authors).
