The building houses two adjoining vacation rentals: one for 4 people and one for 7 people (listing G1295). The cottage features a private terrace and a garden separate from the other cottage, allowing you to enjoy a stay in complete privacy. Located 1 km from the town center and its shops, the cottage enjoys a lush, peaceful setting, nestled between the countryside and the seaside. From the property, you can see the natural pond, located about 50 meters away—which is unprotected and inaccessible—as well as the ducks that swim there. The surrounding meadows are also home to the owners’ horses and sheep. Cooking classes with the owners are available. First floor: - open kitchen (microwave, induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, freezer) opening onto - living/dining room (flat-screen TV), - bathroom with shower (washer, dryer), - toilet. Upstairs: - 2 bedrooms (2 single beds, 90x190 cm), - attic-style bathroom (bathtub cannot be used as a shower) with toilet. Option to rent both cottages for 11 people.
