Located on the edge of the forest, the Vaugrassin gîte welcomes you for a peaceful stay with family or friends. An ideal starting point for numerous walks and hikes, you can also explore the Brocéliande forest and its legends. Calm, serenity, and a return to nature await you! Access to the gîte is via a private entrance, opening onto a 2000m² private garden, completely secluded. The garden is bordered by our donkeys' enclosure. At your disposal: garden furniture, deckchairs, hammocks, a barbecue, and outdoor games (shuffleboard, Petanque, Molkky, football goals…) The cottage is a 150m² stone farmhouse that can accommodate up to 12 people (4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms). • GROUND FLOOR - A living room with a fully equipped kitchen, lounge area, and large table. - Bedroom 1 with a queen-size bed and en-suite shower room. - Separate WC. - An utility room with a washing machine and dryer. • 1ST FLOOR - Bedroom 2 with a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom private bathroom. - Room 3 with a queen-size bed that can be converted into 2 single beds. Office space. - Room 4, the dormitory, with 6 single beds, 3 of which are on a mezzanine (we recommend a minimum age of 8 years for access). - a shower room. - separate WC. • AMENITIES - WIFI - Bluetooth speaker - travel cot, high chair - books and board games for children and adults - information on the Brocéliande forest and trails hiking trails - 2 electric bikes available • NOTES - Beds are made upon arrival, and each guest has a bath towel. Kitchen towels are also provided. - Pets are not allowed. - This place is not intended for parties. • SURROUNDINGS - The cottage is located on the edge of the forest, making it an ideal starting point for numerous hikes, as well as pleasant walks suitable for young children. The Pierre Longue menhir and the Cast mill are nearby. Example 10 minutes walk from the cottage. - The cottage is a stone's throw from Lake Trémelin and its facilities (beach, treetop adventure course, kayaking, restaurant). Accessible by bike paths, it can even be reached on foot through the forest. - Within a 5km radius, you will have access to natural and preserved sites such as the Vallon de la Chambre au Loup, the Careil estate bird sanctuary, and the Boutavent archaeological site. - Le Vaugrassin is 20 minutes from the unmissable Brocéliande forest, with its legends, storytelling walks, and castles (Trécesson Castle, Château de Comper)…
