Open the door and descend four steps to access the large, bright living room with a kitchen, dining room, and living room. A bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet, and a hallway provides access to the private garage and the upper floor.

On the mezzanine floor, open to the ground floor, there is a sleeping area with a double bed (140x190cm), a double bed (160x200cm), and two single beds (90x190cm).

In the garden, currently being landscaped, there will be a lounge area, a barbecue, and plenty of space to enjoy beautiful summer evenings.
