This attractive offering is a combination of a 2-bedroom 1000 sq. ft. main floor home (370) and an upstairs 1-bedroom 500 sq. ft. home (372) that together sleep 8-10 in beds/sofa sleepers with a maximum occupancy of 10.



Enter this 3-bedroom, 3-bath, 1500 sq. ft. combined property and be transported by a lush tropical landscape that is truly breathtaking. Relax in the afternoon sunshine on the comfortable lounge furniture with a fire pit table, as the brand new dipping pool glistens on your face. Take a quick nap while soaking up the afternoon sun as dinner slowly cooks on the outside grill or take a soak in the 6-person hot tub.



A rooftop top deck offers a 2nd option for relaxing outdoors with comfortable seating, a hammock, and a propane fire pit - making it a great place to watch the ever changing colors of the western sunsets. The garage has been converted to a game room with a pool table, foosball, an oversize couch, and a large flat screen TV, so “playing and relaxing” is easy here. Or step outside and enjoy the ground level 3-person hot tub alcove!



Windansea Beach - with all its unique beauty and variety - is just a 2-3 minute walk from this complex and it is a short drive, or long walk, to La Jolla Village with its numerous shops, restaurants, and coffee shops.



Both homes have well-appointed great rooms. The lower home’s great room boasts AC, a new 70” flat screen TV, a fireplace, and a super comfortable couch and love seat that provides sleeping for 3 as the couch converts to a queen sofa bed and the loveseat into a twin bed. It also has a king master and a queen bedroom, so this main home can sleep 6 in beds.



The 2nd floor great room in the back house also has a large flat screen TV, comfortable seating, and a ceiling fan to keep you cool. Both homes also have a modern kitchen with everything you need to create meals and snacks for everyone and inside dining for 10 total. Just add the food and have fun!



The main home has 2 bedrooms - a king master bedroom with a desk nook, AC, a memory foam mattress, a ceiling fan, and a large flat screen TV. Its ensuite bath has a soaking tub and a large walk-in shower. A separate queen bedroom also has AC, a memory foam mattress, a flat screen TV, and a ceiling fan. It also has a completely remodeled ensuite bath. This home comfortably sleeps 6 with a queen sofa sleeper.



There is 1-bedroom in the 2nd floor home, with a king bedroom and 1 bath with a shower tub combination. This home can sleep 4 with the sofa sleeper in the living room for a total of maximum of 10, and all bed and bathrooms are furnished with a generous supply of premiere linens to ensure you are comfortable at all times.



Additional amenities include a washer and dryer, WIFI, two barbecues, cable, and street parking. This pet friendly rental home provides everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation!

No smoking is allowed inside or outside any of our properties – NO EXCEPTIONS!



This home is equipped with AC in 2 of the 3 bedrooms and the living room in the lower home. All zones can be set to custom temperatures for your enjoyment! The back house does not have AC.



This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with Vacasa Seasonals, Inc.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great location; home leaves lots to be desired!
Perfect location… home is old and pics were not accurate- outdoor cushions old & ripped; dining chair leg broken; heater didn’t work two nights in guest house; no electric fireplace in guest house as shown in pictures; dog poop left in yard from previous guest; pool not heated like VACASA staff said it was; couldn’t access gate keys as entry code didn’t work and not given code for game room, had to contact staff for this as well- had to repeatedly call for assistance but staff did respond to help. Would have been nice to just arrive and enjoy vacay without issues.

The home is amazing. Great location to the beach and shops. Having a secure gate helps. Parking is limited due to the beach traffic. Overall great place!

Great Location!
We really enjoyed our stay, the property was closer to the beach than I originally anticipated. We did have some issues checking in as the codes we were given were not accurate. However, this was was quickly resolved with the property management. The house itself is exactly as pictured and had great TV’s for the rare times we actually stayed inside. The outside of the property was the real winner. Between the pool and hot tubs we rarely went in the house except to sleep. Our dogs loved the secure yard and enjoyed all of the people watching. Very dog friendly neighborhood! We would definitely stay here again if we are able to rent the entire property.

La Jolla Getaway
Location is great. House was clean. Property is showing it's age and could use some updates. We had issues with the codes getting into the house and the back gate code never locked from the outside. Water was an issue. The tankless water heaters had to be "cleared" out at least twice a day. The only reason we knew that was because a maintenance man had to fix it after the first day of no hot water. Guests should not have to do that. The large hot tub worked one day but not the last day. So, definitely need to address some of those issues.

Not for families
We were expecting a 3 bedroom, 3 bath at least on the same property as we have kids. When we got there we realized that the "combined unit" was actually 2 separate residences - back to back. It was not "upstairs" as the listing made it seem. We have kids so did not want them in a separate home. The two homes are separated by a gate and we were told that the owners did not want the gate to be unlocked and had never rented the 2 properties as one before. Eventually they had the gate unlocked by the property manager. We did not use the other property at all. The entertainment room was basically a garage and not as pictured.
