About this property

Modern vacation apartment with terrace & garden for 2 people 🌿

Our holiday apartments created in 2014 offer 55 square meters of space for 2 people.

The entrance area with cloakroom and guest toilet is on the ground floor. The kitchen is comfortably equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, electric stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer, and a wide range of kitchen accessories. Adjacent is the living area through which the terrace with barbecue facilities can be reached.

On the upper floor there is a large bedroom of 18 square meters. The available 2 beds can be put together or separately, as desired. There is enough space to place a cot. (This will be provided by us free of charge if required). Furthermore, there is the bathroom with shower and toilet and a utility room.

So that the noises of the washing machine and dryer do not disturb the open apartment, these devices were installed in the annex.

Superschöne Ferienanlage, schönes kleines Haus

Ein sehr schönes Haus, Küche vollständig eingerichtet, Bett im Obergeschoss gemütlich, oben Badezimmer, unten Gäste-WC. Internet könnte besser sein, 6 MBit sind heute kein Standard mehr.

Perfektes Objekt und Umgebung.

Tolles (kleines) Reihenhaus. Sauber. Gute Ausstattung. Nah zur Stadt. Tolle Radwege. Zum Badesee 5min zu Fuß. Einzig die Baustelle einer Kita störte. Leider auch nachts mit Pumpen und Kompressoren. War aber auszuhalten. Ansonsten perfekt.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch unsere Vierbeiner machten sich wie gewohnt auf ihren Plätzen gemütlich. Leider aber ein Stern abzug, weil trotz der maximal eingestellten Heizung die Wohnung nicht richtig aufgewärmt wurde. Wir kommen jedoch gerne wieder, weil alles unseren Erwartungen entspricht.

wir haben uns im Ferienpark wohlgefühlt

+modern und praktisch eingerichtet - es fehlen Fenstergase (Insektenbesuch war vor allem am Abend bei Licht erheblich) - ausländische Gäste des Ferienparks nahmen als Abkürzung zum Nachbargebäude unsere Sitzecke am Terassenfenster (und das sehr oft)

Wohlfühloase

Wir belegten die Wohnung mit 2Personen und 3kleinen Hunden. Die Zimmer waren geräumig und sauber. In der Küche fanden wir alles nötige für die SelbstVerpflegung. Ein StarterPaket mit Spülmittel und weiteren Utensilien wurde uns gestellt. Die Zimmer waren dekorativ eingerichtet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren zu Fuß erreichbar. Und für die Vierbeiner gab es direkt vor der Anlage ein Zuweg zum Waldpark. Die FerienhausAnlage liegt ruhig und doch zentral. Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Kleine Mängel der Wohnung wurden belächelt, weil das GesammtPaket mehr als ausreichend war. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne Anlage zum Wohlfühlen.

Die Lage des Ferienhauses Typ 8 ist sehr schön, direkt am Kanal, etwas zurückgezogen von der Straße, sehr nahe zur Rezeption. Sehr ruhig. Wir waren erstaunt, wie groß 55qm sein können. Es war für 2 Personen und Hund ausreichend Platz, weil die Raumaufteilung ideal ist. Auch die kleine Terrasse haben wir gern genutzt und das Auto konnte direkt vor dem Haus geparkt werden. Die Einrichtung bot alles, was man braucht und auch vom Inventar war alles vorhanden für einen angenehmen Urlaub. Perfekt auch die Gästetoilette im EG. Alles war sehr sauber. Das Umfeld ist fantastisch. Aus dem Haus und direkt einen Spaziergang oder sportliche Aktivitäten genießen mit Hund, mit Fahrrad. Zum Park gehört ein Badesee, der nur vom nahe gelegenen Campingplatz und vom Ferienhauspark genutzt werden kann. Sehr schön. Außerdem gibt es auch noch einen wunderschönen See in der Nähe, den man auch zu Fuß erreichen kann. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Discounter und Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Mitarbeiter/innen an der Rezeption sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, keine Hektik und auch kein Stress. Der Cappuccino dort ist zu empfehlen! Das Umfeld bietet einiges zu entdecken. Wir können das Ferienhaus Typ 8 weiter empfehlen, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Zeit dort genossen.
