Appart très bien placé mais bruyant

Bonne communication, appartement propre et bien décoré. Appartement bien placé.Cependant c’est assez bruyant:on entend fortement les voisins, la ventilation sur toit face à la cuisine et la rue (Tram et les passants la nuit).
