As you enter this home you are welcomed by a grand staircase leading up to the bedrooms and to your left a pool table room adjacent to the dining room. The half bathroom is just around the corner from the front entrance.
The modern kitchen features full cabinets, a gas range and stainless steel appliances. There is a living room adjacent to the kitchen with plenty of seating for large groups to gather around the cozy fireplace. This room also has a 55" Smart TV and views of the golf course.
The west facing deck is accessible via the kitchen and allows for excellent entertaining! There are 180 degree views of the fairways from the deck.
On the upper level you will find 3 large comfortable bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Every room has PLENTY OF LIGHT! As someone who stays in hotels for a living, you can rest assured our home will have everything you need when you arrive.

Each bedroom has comfortable mattresses dressed with fresh linens and warm bedding. We also provide soaps, standard toiletries and clean towels for use during your stay. I take the comfort of my guests very seriously. Unlike a hotel which just changes the sheets in between guests, I ensure that all BEDDING and LINENS are fresh for each new guest. This includes the laundering of bedspreads, duvets, duvet covers and sheets. When you arrive you can be assured that everything is fresh and clean!
Access to the laundry room and mechanical room are on the lower level.
Parking: There are two parking spots on the driveway. There is additional free street parking available also. *There is no access to the garage.
PETS: *K9 FRIENDLY ONLY - Sorry NO CATS. Dogs approved on case by case basis. Pet Fee will be applied. Please indicate ahead of time if you are traveling with a dog(s). Dog(s) are not to be left alone in the home. Dog(s) are not permitted in guest bedrooms as these are carpeted areas. Dog(s) are NOT ALLOWED ON THE FURNITURE, this includes the Beds! Dog(s) must be walked off property to do their business. There is no fenced yard available for which the dog(s) can roam free. If you’re an avid dog walker this home is likely a good fit. If you’re solely rely on letting your dog in the yard to do their business then this home is likely not a good fit for you.
LONG STAY: *For booked stays longer than 2 weeks, biweekly cleaning is required and will be added to the reservation. This includes floors, kitchen and bathrooms and is done in order to keep the house in tip top state through bookings of our long term guests

What a lovely property! The house is very comfortable and well stocked with everything you would need. Nice residential location and a short drive to many amenities. The host Natasha was very helpful and kind. Would definitely recommend, our family was quite pleased.

Home away from home
This property is beautiful. The location is in a quiet neighbourhood and central. The house is big and very well furnished. The pool table and the jacuzzi were a hit with our kids. The host was very helpful in providing us information on things to do and places to eat around town. She even took the time on Christmas Eve to bring us extra blankets as it was bitterly cold during our trip. It was truly a home away from home.

On a personal level travel is my passion that became my career as a Flight Attendant! I've visited 27 countries and counting. While each one was unique my favorite, by far, was Croatia. I'm a water baby at heart and was likely a fish in a past life! The beaches and sea in Croatia were absolutely stunning.

I fell in love with this home as it has a warm an inviting footprint. It also back on to a golf course which is beautiful year round. In the winter enjoy cross country skiing right on the golf course!
