Perfect place to stay, right on the beach. Gorgeous ocean view and large balcony to enjoy it from. Condo had everything we needed; if we return to Destin we would definitely stay here again!

This is the perfect place for a family! We had such a great time, it was almost like we never left the beach! The stay came with games and plenty to bring to the beach. Our family absolutely loved it there! Barbra is an amazing host! :)

The condo was in a great location and had every single thing you could need to bring your bags and just relax. They had all the kitchen items you could ever need and had sand toys and even a wagon available to use.

Everything was perfect! The location, the space was so clean and the Pelican Resort is wonderful! We needed early check-in and Barbara was so accommodating!

The condo was perfect for our girls trip! Right on the amazing white sand beach and the view from the balcony was stunning! We saw dolphins swimming on our last morning, I suggest bringing binoculars to help see the dolphins and other wildlife from the balcony. Barbara was easy to communicate with and was very responsive to our questions. I would recommend this condo, and would stay here again!!

The host, Barbara, was very good at responding to my requests in a timely manor. The condo accommodated 4 adults very nicely. We had a good side view of the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, gadgets and dishes. The only issue we had was the floor wasn’t clean, our feet were black after walking on it. The coffee pot leaked when using the K-pod side. Other than that we would definitely stay again!!

Beautiful views. Good accommodations, Tiki Bar and small cafe on site. Multiple pools and a hot tub. Host provided all information we needed.

Place was clean and well stocked with kitchen essentials. Messaged the host at one point and she immediately got back to me. Very easy access to pool and just steps to the beautiful beach. Will go back for sure!

King bed is very comfortable, host was very nice to deal with, great views, elevators worked very well. The complex seemed very well staffed and taken care of/clean.
