Welcome to "Place de l’Ancre", a spacious 90 m² apartment ideally located in a quiet and sought-after area of Le Grau du Roi. Just a 5-minute walk from the beach and the town center, this property is perfect for family holidays or getaways with friends.

Situated on the first and top floor of a small residence, you’ll enjoy a pleasant view of the canal in a peaceful and private setting. The bright living room features an open-plan fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, fridge, kitchen utensils...), ideal for sharing good moments.

The apartment consists of three bedrooms:

Two bedrooms with double beds
One children’s bedroom with single beds, including a bunk bed not suitable for adults
There is also a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.

For your comfort: TV, dishwasher, washing machine, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning are all at your disposal.
All of this in a warm and modern atmosphere designed for a comfortable stay.
