THE LIVING SPACE



Once you cross the threshold, the villa opens onto a vast dining room. Tastefully decorated, this family room is the ideal place to host your dinners and delight your guests. An extension, sheltered by a glass roof, leads to a cosy lounge with a working fireplace and TV corner, offering a warm, relaxing space in keeping with the image of this welcoming villa. Finally, the reception rooms end with a kitchen featuring a charming vintage-inspired cooking piano. A utility room with a second fridge, a laundry area and an ice-maker make the villa perfectly functional.

Also on the first floor, you will find a charming suite with plenty of storage space, including a safe, a television and a pretty shower room with toilet. What's more, this suite also has a mezzanine offering a cosy relaxation area.

A small single bedroom is also available on this level.
