Our apartment "Rose" is best equipped for a pleasant stay. Whether you just want to stop for a while or spend some time here, you will feel completely at ease here and enjoy your time.   The apartment is equipped with: - a bright bathroom with shower, toilet and hair dryer. - a bedroom with double bed and a large wardrobe. Bed linen is already available, so there is no need to bring bed linen. - Another storage cabinet in the hallway of the apartment, if you need more space for a longer stay. - A fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, dishwasher and kettle. - a bright living area equipped with a TV. A cozy couch that can be used as a sofa bed for 2 people, invites you to linger.   The apartment is fully equipped with blinds and can be completely darkened, so it is well taken care of for late risers.   Allergy and Smokefree: In all rooms is pet and smoking to ensure all guests and visitors a pleasant and allergy free stay. In the covered outdoor area can of course be smoked anytime.   Child friendly: throughout the house, the sockets are provided with a child protection. Children can feel a fiddle in the apartment. On request, you will also receive a cot and a high chair.   Security: For your safety, the apartments are equipped with smoke detectors.   Service: Upon request we offer our guests a shopping service, please give us advance notice prior to departure.

Welcome to the beautiful Franconia!   Our apartments are located on the edge of the Franconian Switzerland in a quiet location in the beautiful district Bamberg and the town Sche��������litz.   With our apartments in Scheßlitz near Bamberg you will find a cheap alternative to hotels in Bamberg and surrounding. But you will have to give up any comfort. On each 40 square meters per apartment you will find a spacious living area, with TV, radio, couch and a fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, oven and microwave. The bathroom toilet and shower, hairdryer, shower and towels.
