Wonderful stay for work in Dusseldorf

My two colleagues and I used Wilfried and Ilsa's place as out home base while in Dusseldorf for a conference. If you have a car, this place is perfect; just outside of the city, super clean and in the loveliest German town. Couldn't recommend more, and our hosts were fantastic and accommodating.

Rhine River rental

We had a wonderful stay at this property. My son and I were visiting family, and this home was perfect for our needs. The home was immaculate, had everything we needed for the week, and was in a great location. The view of the Rhine was really special. I'd definitely stay again!

Great location

Located right on the Rhine river close to shopping, restaurants, and hiking. Very clean. Only negative is too many unnecessary kitchen items and not enough decent sized drinking glasses. Very nice hosts live next door but not at all intrusive. Quiet neighborhood.

We hope to come back!

The house was very clean, the views were amazing. We visited during the fall. Highly recommended time of year. Christmas Market opened in walking distance to home. Excellent Restaurants near by. Owners are near by if there are any problems, which there were none. We came to Germany for the Medica exhibition in Dusseldorf, excellent location to stay. Just plan ahead for traffic. We would stay there again!!!

spacious apartment with stunning views of the Rhein

This 2 BR apartment is the perfect location between Dusseldorf and Cologne, only 15-20 minutes to Alt Stadt Dusseldorf. Spacious 2 level apartment with views of the Rhein from the LR and BR. The owners are wonderful and there is everything you need in the apartment. Ilse and her son Sven met us at check-in to show the apartment. Parking is right in front at the river. We've stayed in many VRBO's and this is a 10/10, very clean. We are recommending to our friends. Thank you so much!

House next to Rhine River

House was everything that I was looking for in a rental property. I wanted a house in a quiet neighborhood , with parking,not far from a big city. This house is very close to Düsseldorf and Cologne and a car is very helpful.. wifi was very good and plenty of hot water for the shower. Wilfried and Ilse gave us all the help we needed as neither myself or my wife spoke any German Wilfried even got us to follow him to a medical clinic where he arranged for his doctor to see my wife who had an infection. Within a half hour the doctor checked out my wife and gave her some medication. All free of charge, a huge thank you to the doctor and Wilfried and Ilse for there kindness. Joan and Ray

Tranquility on the River

Wilfried spoke great English and made the check in easy. He and his wife showed us how to operate the new washing machine and dryer and the dishwasher. This home-away-from-home had all new appliances comfortable bedrooms with 4 beds, and two large bathrooms with soaps and shampoo and plenty of extra towels. My husband worked remotely in the quiet living room and the WiFi was perfect. The house is laid out so everyone can have their own private spaces. So much room and every window opens to a lovely garden or water view. The hosts were incredibly generous and kind. We stayed a full week in July. We cooked in the kitchen daily. The sunsets were fabulous and it was fun to watch the big ships go by, to walk the path by the beach and skip stones into the river with the kids. A great restaurant and grocery is just around the corner. And we even found a kids playground within a 15 minute walk. Roads are easy to navigate so this spacious home on the River was a great sanctuary outside the busy city of Dusseldorf. We will return!

Dem Rhein ganz nah

Sehr schöne Wohnung. Tolle Lage.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und großzügig. Eine sehr nette Begrüßung durch die Vermieter. Alle Räume waren sehr sauber. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Die Lage direkt am Rhein mir dem Blick aus dem Fenster auf die vorbeifahrenden Schiffe ist kaum zu toppen. Vielen Dank an Familie Schellen Wir kommen gerne mal wieder.

We were attending an exhibition at the Messe and the house worked perfectly for us. Very clean and practical with everything we needed. Sehr schöner Kurzurlaub mit kleinen Harken

An sich sind wir sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft und der Lage. Unser einziges Manko ist, dass die Unterkunft nicht für Kinder unter 2 Jahren geeignet ist. Es gibt eine steile Treppe ohne Gitter (die würden sich bestimmt auch nachrüsten lassen) und es gibt einige deko Gegenstände, die unser kleinster zum spielen genutzt hat. Sobald unsere Kinder etwas älter sind, werden wir sehr gerne wieder hierher kommen:)

Die Objektbeschreibung ist sehr umfangreich und enthält alle Merkmale des Ferienhauses wie Zimmerverteilung, Anzahl der Etagen usw... 2. Schon oft waren Familien mit kleinen Kindern bei uns, die keine Bedenken geäußert haben. 3. Die "steile" Treppe ist normgerecht ausgeführt und leicht begehbar.

Super Unterkunft auch für Familien

Wir haben hier eine sehr schöne Woche verbracht. Die Unterkunft ist super sauber und es ist wirklich alles vorhanden. Der wunderbare Rheinblick wird uns ein bisschen fehlen. Sehr angenehme Urlaubszeit

Das wichtigste vorneweg. Unsere Tochter war begeistert sowie wir. Sauberkeit wird dort groß geschrieben. Wollen uns hier auch kurz fassen. Der Panorama Blick über den Rhein ist echt sehenswert und lädt wirklich zum Relaxen ein.

Schönes Haus mit viel Platz

Wir als Familie , zwei Kinder 3 und 10 hatten eine schöne Zeit im Haus Rheinblick. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet , wir haben über Zeit von 10 Tagen nix vermisst. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und wohnen in der Haushälfte dahinter also auch wenn es ein mal ein Problem geben sollte gut zu erreichen.Im Haus ist viel Platz so das wir uns wie zu Hause fühlen konnten ,ob Frühstück im Wintergarten und mal ein gemütlichen Abend auf der Couch vor dem Fernseher. Ein schöner Sommerurlaub in Stürzelberg direkt am Rhein .

Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit Rheinblick

Das Ferienhaus mit seiner direkten Lage am Rhein hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es ist alles blitzsauber, gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Reizvoll ist auch der Blick auf den Rhein und man kann seine Seele baumeln lassen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und wir wurden herzlich empfangen.
