Beachfront Condo with Balcony! Estero Beach & Tennis Club #104c

The Pool is open! It's time to dive in! Estero Beach and Tennis Club is situated near the south end of Fort Myers Beach with a large community pool, tennis courts and great views.

Unit 104C is located on the second floor, just one floor up from the ground. The unit features a full kitchen, king bed and a walk-in shower. Off the living room is your own private patio with seating for you to enjoy morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening!
Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach.

Estero Beach and Tennis has plenty of activities around the complex. There are tennis courts, a large pool, walking paths to the beach and laundry rooms located at the ground level of each building. Not to mention Santini Plaza and Fish Tale Marina across Estero Blvd.

* We would like to note that most renovations have been completed at Estero Beach and Tennis (including the pool!). There is still construction occurring across the island and the experience will not be the same as what it was prior to Hurricane Ian, but much progress has been made in the past year. We are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches that are right next to the towers. *

All guests upon arrival to the complex must sign in with the onsite office at EBT to complete registration forms and receive their parking pass.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely love this condo. It was a great view of the beach. They had everything we needed there. I would make one suggestion it would be nice to have high top table on the deck so you can see over the railing to look at the ocean. We stayed 15 nights and can't wait to come back next July!!

Nice place, great beach access

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay! The room is a low floor so there is a bit more noise to consider and I hadn't realized there was no laundry in the room (it's shared on main level). The building could use some updating, hallways, shared areas, but still fine. Otherwise, had everything we needed and we loved FMB.
