Very peaceful

We love staying at Estero Beach and Tennis Club. Very peaceful. They were dredging the beach to make it bigger and to fix what Ian destroyed. We like the location. You need patience if you plan to drive to Ft Myers beach. Traffic is slow. We rode our bikes to Ft Myers Beach for a day. Publix is 2 miles we went early in the morning. Our unit was probably the best one we’ve stayed in. We already booked for next year.

Amazing, beautiful, perfect!

This the third time we have stayed at EBTC and once again everything was amazing. Check in was easy peasy. David contacted me to make sure we got in ok and made me feel welcome to call if any mishaps arose. We had absolutely no issues at all. The condo was spotless, the view of the water was stunning. The condo has everything you need. We did buy our own beach chairs which was not a big deal, and gave them to some folks we met before leaving (we flew). We enjoyed every second of the beach and pool. The beach area has some clean up to do and was a little smaller than normal, but we just felt blessed to be able to enjoy it, and we know it's only going to get better with some coming beach restoration. We savored the beach time. We really appreciate all the hard work and dedication the owners put in to get this beautiful complex open again. This area is very special to us and so is EBTC. We can't wait to come back!

Wonderful, quiet beach stay

This a nice quiet place with private beach access. It’s close enough to all the restaurants and bars on the north end to visit easily. If you want to relax, this is a good choice.

Nice quiet place good for adults.

Had a great stay.Property manager was very responsive and helpful. Nicely kept building and grounds. I only wish there was more than one pool and it closed very early evening which was a bummer since I really enjoy night swims. One pool is not sufficient for all three buildings. It was a quiet place and seemed to be geared for retirement age people but also had some guests that had young children in the pool as well. Overall it was a great stay!

A nice place to stay

We had a lot of fun and relaxation. Unfortunately, we were physically unable to go to the beach, but could see it from our balcony. The pool was warm. The people around us very friendly. Our condo was great for the two of us. Owner responded to our few questions quickly.

Was not happy

The condo was nice but it would have been nice to inform us about the road construction and the construction on the building. Upon arrival that the kitchen drawer was off the track and the sliding screen door would not open, Marion was quick to fix both. The balcony furniture was dirty and we had to clean it. Marion was notified about the blinds as each time we opened and closed the blinds the slats kept falling off which again Marion was fast to fix but they kept falling off. The bathroom towels were shredding and stained, Marion took 2 and did not replace them and also the kitchen towels were stained, upon leaving we noticed there was mold on the bathroom wall.. For the amount of money we paid this Condo it should have been nicer Frank & Bonnie Peters

Lovely beachfront vacation

Had a wonderful time at this beachfront condo! Loved how clean it was, the remodeled kitchen, walk-in shower, location is right on a beautiful flat beach! Plenty of pots and pains and such, plenty of towels, coin op washer and dryer available downstairs as well as a beautiful pool with lots of lounge chairs! What we thought could use some improvement was the bedding was old and depressing as well as the bedroom decor, the blinds are falling apart, there’s a sign on the fridge telling you not to use too many towels or linens or you will have an additional fine & you’re not allowed to put dishes in the dishwasher when you leave for checkout. All the dishes are supposed to be washed and put away. It would be super helpful to have a place to hang up swimwear and towels-like a drying rack or hooks. The elevator broke down 2 or 3 times while we were there. The first time my husband was stuck in it for 40 minutes. As far as the location is concerned, the beach is amazing and there’s some incredible restaurants down the road but if you don’t have a bike the traffic is so bad that it can take you an hour to get there. No joke. So just know that so you know what to expect. Aside from that we had an amazing time and it’s a great place to stay!

Loved this place!

Clean property, easy check in, great communication with the owner (he texted me personally) and literally 30 second walk to the beach. The pool was 88°, very comfortable to swim in or hang out in, plenty of chairs by the pool area to lay out on. Nearby stores and a really great homemade ice cream place about 15 min away. Close to restaurants as well. Lots of neat shells on the beach! Newly renovated condo, very modern and the best part: extremely comfortable King sized bed!!

This place has everything you need and everything was recently updated it is beautiful. David is a wonderful host and truly cares about his property he lives there during season. The property is beautiful the beach is probably the best beach in the whole entire area it’s kind of private and there appears to be an old pier that might’ve been from the Pirates that are still left. I film for a living and I film on the beach a lot this was a perfect location it’s also right across the street from Santini Marina Plaza. In there you have Francesco‘s great Italian place sky’s great Mexican, sandbar & Grille Great Food and drinks and the staff there are wonderful, you also have fishtail marina and fishtail restaurant a liquor store a wonderful jewelry store probably the best one ever called the island Jewel and then there is a sandal shop there that’s also in the keys great place. Oh and I can’t forget truly Scrumptious best breakfast/lunch place around! Thanks for Dave he was wonderful accommodating and a great Irish gentleman from Boston. Being Irish I’m a little bit biased but he really was a wonderful landlord so to speak! I would definitely stay here again
