The only bad part about are time there is having to go home . This was a wonderful place to stay . The same energy is great and very fun to deal with . Hopefully she will be able to rent to us again next feb and march

Lovely, relaxing and peaceful holiday

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Totally relaxing and peaceful. It was never too busy even at the beach, some days we had the pool all to ourselves. We met quite a few lovely people, some of whom were also on holiday and others who owned their condos. Overall i would recomend this as the perfect place to recharge your batteries.

Really Enjoyed Our Stay

We had a wonderful vacation on Indian Shores Beach. This condo is in a smaller building which meant we never felt like things were overcrowded. In fact, there were a couple days we had the pool all to ourselves. Access to the beach is a breeze from this condo. Please Note: This condo has towels, beach chairs, toys, and umbrella. That was a big bonus for us. The owner, Vira, was a pleasure to work with. Great location, great time, great owner!

Wonderful condo and location

My friend and I had a great time in Indian Shores. The condo was great, exactly as pictured, right on the beach with a beautiful pool area. It had everything we needed and more. It was convenient to use the beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas that are provided. The condo was clean and in a great location. About a 15 minute drive north to Clearwater and 10 minutes South to John's Pass and Treasure Island. So much to see and do! The beach was not crowded and everyone in the area and condo building were very friendly. The owner was a pleasure to work with and I would rent this condo again without hesitation. Thank you Vira!

Highly recommended for a relaxing vacation spot

The condo lives up to everything described and more! The owner was great to work with and very accommodating. The condo is beautifully maintained and clean and came equipped with everything we needed, as well as several things we didn't need but were really nice to have! We look forward to returning again soon!

Condo is as described-hard to get ahold of owner

My husband and I stayed here for a week in May with our two young kids. The condo is as described and the photos are accurate. We noticed an ant problem right away and bought ant traps, but that didn't help. It wasn't a big deal, so we didn't contact the owner. The building is quiet and in a good location. We had the pool to ourselves most of the time, which was nice. Our problem began after we got home. During booking, we noticed an $89 "protection plan" fee that we couldn't opt of, so we contacted the owner to see what this was. She said she didn't know, but she would send us a check for the $89 because she wasn't worried about money. After booking and reading the protection plan info, it stated that we had to contact the owner if we didn't want this coverage, which we did before booking. I have contacted the owner 4 times and she hasn't gotten back to me. She was fine about keeping in contact at first, but hasn't responded since I this issue. I have a feeling I will not be getting the $89 back. :(. Because of the lack of resolution and the lack of response, I gave the property 2 stars-in my opinion, this overshadows anything else about the property.

Five Star Condo

This condo is exactly as described. The pictures do not justify how lovely the condo really is. The sunsets from the balcony are picture perfect. The complex is small so the pool and surrounding area is never crowded. The beach is so close, that if you forget something it's quick and easy to run back to the condo. The owner, Vira, was a pleasure to do business with. She was very accomodating and even called to make sure we were happy. We were so happy with everything, that we have already booked for next year! Wonderful Memories were made!

This is an absolutely beautiful condo and is extremely well taken care of. The owner is a pleasure to talk to and extremely accommodating. There were times when my husband , two kids and myself were all alone on the beach and at the pool! If you are looking for a quite and relaxing vacation, this is the place to go but at the same time you are close enough to a lot of great restaurants and "tourist" shops. Fabulous vacation, fabulous condo - Thanks again Vira!
