Cette maison unifamiliale de 2 chambres située à Indian Shores est à quelques pas de l'intercostal et du golfe du Mexique. Au milieu des copropriétés et des immeubles d'habitation, venez découvrir ce charmant bungalow, idéalement situé au rez-de-chaussée. Lit Queen dans une chambre, lit double dans la deuxième chambre. Tous les lits viennent d'être achetés et sont neufs. Baignoire jacuzzi.

Le comptoir de cuisine a été remplacé et est neuf. Il a un nouvel évier de cuisine et est entièrement équipé avec tous les appareils et ustensiles de cuisine, y compris le lave-vaisselle, le micro-ondes, la mijoteuse, la marmite insta et la cafetière. Mangez dans la cuisine. De nouveaux draps et serviettes ont été achetés et sont fournis. Le porche grillagé a été agrandi pour offrir plus de plaisir. Laveuse / sécheuse sur place.

Les enfants sont les bienvenus - et il y a des jeux et des jouets de plage fournis car nous avons des enfants. 2 vélos sont disponibles. Les petits chiens de moins de 35 livres sont les bienvenus.

I had an excellent stay. The house was super clean and the kitchen amenities were some of the best that I have ever encountered. It was easy to contact the host. I loved how close it was the beach and it was nice that there was parking for 2 cars.

Great rental property. Located in a less busy area but 15 mins from any larger attractions. Highly recommended! Located a block away from the beach was perfect. Rich and Elisa are great owners and communicate well. No problems with our stay at all.

Banana bungalow was wonderful! We had some issues with travel prior to arriving and they were so nice and understanding about it. The place was very clean and organized, the kitchen had everything we needed. The on-site laundry was perfect especially traveling with my 3 kids! The beach was so close plus having the park across the street was great for the kids. We loved having the wagon to transport all our things to and from the beach as well. We love Indian Rocks and can't wait to come back. We would love to start at the bungalow again!

We were so sad for you all when weather affected travel for more than a whole day, that’s why we tried to give you almost a whole extra day since there were no other renters coming in right away. We so love the closeness to Indian Shores and Indian Rock beaches. The park is so convenient - right across from the Banana Bungalow. Since all of the appliances are brand new this year the washer and dryer come in handy. We’d love to have you back.

We just returned from a week at the banana bungalow the last week in Feb of 2026 and had a perfect trip. The property was exactly as described and the hosts were wonderful to deal with. The property is less than 200 steps from the beach and the beach was less busy than surrounding beaches, but still close to many restaraunts/coffee shops/ bars and activities. The house came with a wagon, 2 chairs and umbrella for the beach and pickleball paddles/ball for the public court that is right next door. The kids loved the 2 bikes that were also included. We did cook meals a couple nights and the house was equipped with everything you would need. Definitely would stay here again! Thanks Rich and Elisa!

Ann, the beach is so close! My wife and I just went on a nice long walk yesterday as it is so convenient. The beds are super comfortable with new mattresses that help contribute to a good nights sleep.

Great Cottage, Great location , Great Experience

We so enjoyed our stay at Banana Bungalow. The cottage was very well maintained, was in a great location convenient to both the beach and to fine dining. The owners were very responsive to all our questions and needs. We highly recommend this place for an enjoyable vacation experience!

We love that you come every year, and we try to answer and connect really fast so that anything that might come up could be resolved quickly. We have international phone planes as we travel all over for work, but can respond from anywhere. Today, we are on the wifi of the airplane in the air ;). You all are always welcome back.

We would love to have you back! We are taking extra care to have it clean especially now with all that is going on with Covid-19. Book early for next year as we have gotten several months filled up already. You were great to have in the Banana Bungalow!

Hi! We are Rich and Elisa. We have four amazing kids who are all out of the house now. Our youngest graduated from UCF, bringing us to Florida's beautiful state. We travel a lot as we started a non-profit working in Peru, Colombia, Ecuador, Honduras, Guatemala, Mexico, and Costa Rica. We primarily work with at-risk families who live and work in the garbage dumps. We also have a home for abused and pregnant girls in Ecuador. We love the beach and have enjoyed many beaches around the world. We really love our beach here, and we hope you will, too!

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We love that this place is close to the white sandy beaches. There are golf courses close by, restaurants, and other activities within walking distance. It is safe, right next to the police station. The sunrise and sunset are amazing. The banana trees and palm trees surrounding the house and the fun tin ceiling give the place a fun, "beachy" vibe while still being clean and modern. Our favorite is The luxury of walking out the door and taking a few steps to the beach.

You can go fishing in the intercostal or ocean. There is a screened-in porch to eat, do online work, have coffee, or simply enjoy the outdoors. It is right next to a public park, including playgrounds for kids, tennis courts, and pickleball courts. We love it.
