You will be charmed by this wood-frame cottage completed at the beginning of 2025 located in the heart of the bocage. You will enjoy a quiet environment 200 m from the greenway and small local shops.
Ideally located near the hiking trails and the Vélidéal where you can reach Pescalis, Bressuire, Parthenay and 30 minutes from the Puy du Fou.
For holidays or business trips for short or long term stays .
Bed linen and towels are provided.

Ce gîte est une pépite en pleine campagne mais proche de commerces . Tres aéré, propre et extrêmement moderne avec tout le confort ... CLAUDY ET EMMANUELLE nous laissent ici comme chez nous... Des hôtes parfaits tant dans le service que leur discrétion. Tres bonne literie et tout ce qu'il faut en cuisine et confort pour profiter dun séjour plus qu agreable avec une terrasse superbe... Tres bonne adresse ... nous y reviendrons ! Merci

Le gîte d'Emmanuelle est tout simplement parfait pour un moment de détente en famille. Vous avez un logement moderne, très bien équipé, calme, propre et décoré avec goût (j'ai beaucoup aimé l'utilisation du bois qui donne un côté chaleureux et cosy). En plus, vous êtes bien accueilli et avec le sourire!!! Bref que du positif, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés, c'est un très bonne adresse!!! On reviendra avec grand plaisir.
