Ideally located in the heart of Cannes, this charming duplex studio with a mezzanine is perfect for a solo getaway or a romantic stay for two. Just a few steps from the Palais des Festivals, the Croisette, the beaches, the historic Suquet district, and many restaurants, it offers easy access to all the city's must-see attractions, no car needed. The train station is nearby, and paid parking is available next to the property.
An excellent option for discovering Cannes with ease and making the most of your stay in the city.
You will have access to the entire apartment, and all equipment is at your disposal, unless otherwise specified on site.

Check-ins are guaranteed from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-outs are until 11:00 AM at the latest.

Nestled on the first floor of a charming building with an elevator, this cozy and well-designed studio offers all the comfort you need for a pleasant stay. The living area features a comfortable sofa and a TV, while the kitchen corner is fully equipped (stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, utensils, etc.) for preparing your meals. Upstairs, a welcoming mezzanine houses a large double bed, ideal for restful nights. The modern bathroom includes a shower, sink, and toilet.
