Built in 1905 and recently renovated. Gorgeous original hardwood floors, Quartz countertops, large updated bathrooms, and a fully fenced backyard. Beautiful master suite, large closets, and amazing location. Delectable dining, unique breweries, shopping, and local coffee shops all within walking distance. This house does not disappoint!

Everything was great! The note to mention is that the 4th bedroom is really just a loft area with a desk and a bed, connected to the 3rd bedroom with 2 beds. And the stairs to both are very steep. Would easily stay here again!

Cozy and Spacious

This house is great. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet. Parking was great. We are a family of six and we loved the coziness of the house. There was plenty of individual space. We would definitely rent again. Thanks again The Nesbitt Family from Charleston SC

Our stay was OK.

There were some things we didn't love about our stay. One "bedroom" isn't actually a bedroom as it doesn't have a door. There is only enough room for one car in the driveway. They limit you to 6 roles of toilet paper, even if you have 9 people staying for 5 nights. And the Wifi was out for awhile because they didn't pay the bill.

This home is beyond beautiful! We all loved it. Washer/Dryer, beautiful showers, comfy beds, quiet neighborhood, very convenient location, wonderful amenities, dishwasher etc. However there was a dirty towel left behind the pillow in chair in the 2nd bedroom on level 2(have picture), tons of mold in ac/units(have pictures), mold in master bathroom shower(shower and faucet leak). I added necessary photos below. Also thought I would share that we still had a great trip and have also shared a photo below from our 1st night at topgolf woth tshirts we bought secretly for everyone in the group(itll give ya a laugh haha). We all truly appreciate you and the home was beautiful. Just those few things especially the mold.

College Wrap-Up

2 couples plus our 6’2” tall, now college sophomore, son spent 4 comfortable nights here for dorm move-out and UC graduation weekend. Everything was exactly as pictured and Johnna was easy and pleasant to work with. Location was super convenient! For restaurants, we hit a few of our Cincy favorites but made our way to Rusk (a block or so away) for dinner one night and loved it! Fun to explore a different Cincy neighborhood. Would definitely look to stay here again! Thank you, Johnna.

Perfect for grad weekend

We were in town for Xavier graduation weekend. This house was perfect! It was close to everything: Xavier, UC, downtown, restaurants, etc. The house clean, well stocked, comfortable and exceeded our expectations. The owners were easy to communicate with leading up to our stay and check-in was easy. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Nice Cinci Experience

Property was true to pics and listing. Perfect for our group of 5 re-connecting friends. With a short walk to decent restaurant options, and also not too far to downtown, it was ideal for a long wkd trip to Cinci.

Incredibly convenient location in charming home.

We loved our stay. Beautifully decorated for the holidays. Renovated for modern convenience while maintaining the charm of the original home. Just minutes from the sites we came to see. Convenient parking. If you have mobility issues, the stairs will be a challenge but that was the only drawback.

House was very nicely decorated. Floors a little wonky due to age of house. Stairs pretty steep especially going up to the 3rd floor. Made the younger girls sleep up there. All in all was a great trip and was perfect for our needs.

Good Location

This house was a beautiful older home. The location was great. We were minutes from everything we wanted to do. The only thing that bugged us was the fact we shouldn't have to do any maintenance ourselves (doesn't matter if it was small or not). They need to communicate with their clean company, if it was their fault. Plus we asked the home owner about 2 things and was only told how to fix one of the problems. We had to figure out ourselves on the other (they never helped us with that one)

!!MAGGOTS, MOLD, WATER DAMAGE!! I would personally avoid this house. We were extremely disappointed with our stay at this property. While the house may appear nice at first glance, we experienced multiple issues that made our stay uncomfortable and frustrating. Unfortunately, communication with the host was slow and unprofessional, and despite the severity of the problems, we were only offered a minimal refund that did not reflect the inconvenience we endured. Vrbo did help a little but when I asked for the refund we deserved the host apparently can’t be contacted
 I would avoid at all costs.

Cute home - nicely decorated with all the amenities we needed. Beds were very comfortable. Caution on the stairs going up to the third floor (both myself and one of my kids fell coming down them during our trip). Location is an easy drive to the Cincinnati Zoo and the Newport Aquarium.

We honestly were surprised at the quality of this charming home because we originally went to the wrong house which was not what we thought. This house was clean and easy to get to. I highly recommend this house.

Outstanding VRBO!!!

This house had everything we needed and more. The beds and linens were SO comfortable! The decor was cozy and inviting. Key pad on entry door to lock/unlock allowing you to come and go was very convenient. Plenty of parking on side streets. No issues with surrounding neighbors. High tech with Alexa, smart tv, and new household appliances. Excellent stay!

Beautiful but the stairs are no joke!

The property looks to be newly renovated and very nice inside. But because of the age of the property, those stairs are super steep. And for a bunch of ladies in their late 50s early 60s it was no joke going up and down them. The only other flaw was the heat disbursement in the house. Again, because it is an old home, the third floor bedrooms got super hot. But again, it is a beautiful home!

Cute & Convenient

Our stay at this property was very nice. It was clean and convenient to the popular Cincinnati locations. Only complaint is that the listing didn’t show how steep & narrow the stairs to the 3rd floor loft are. Definitely not up to code! Even at the widest part, my entire small women’s foot couldn’t fit on the step. Everyone is okay but there was two minor falls. Other than that, the stay was great!

Eclipse trip

The house was clean and well decorated. The kitchen, dinning area and living rooms had nice furnishings. The kitchen had most things we needed. Additional items that would be helpful are small flying pan, wisk and more spatulas. The beds were average on comfort. The bed in the master bedroom had memory foam, which is not my preference. The loft area had an additional window a/c , which was nice, but it did discharged water droplets. The location is not the best and I didn't feel safe in walking around the area. It was good for the price.

Sketchy area

Cute well decorated house in a very sketchy area. House next door was unkempt and had a bullet hole in the window. We were immediately put on guard when we pulled up in front of the house. I found dirty socks in the cushion of the living room chair and stains on the duvet cover of our bed. I think as cute as it was decorated, you could get a lot more for your money elsewhere. It was WAY overpriced for the neighborhood. Also, I wouldn’t plan on cooking dinner in the kitchen, but it was sufficient for making a cold breakfast and lunch.

Girls Weekend Trip

We were a group of 6 on a girls weekend to Cincinnati. The house was very clean and decorated super cute! There was plenty of space and we were very comfortable enjoying our time together. The reason for the “4 Overall” rating is because of a few disappointing things- 1. On the last morning of our stay, we found 2 keys to the front door were placed on the porch, under a small decorative pot. This is unacceptable as anyone could have easily come in while we were away or worse, while we were sleeping. This made all of us feel very unsafe and we were very frustrated upon this discovery. 2. The owners are great at communication however, be prepared to have an additional charge for “extra guests”. Although the listing advertises “sleeps 12”, the owners have a “5 person base price policy” and will charge an extra-person fee per night for additional guests. We do not see this clearly written in the description so just wanted to mention. 3. There are also squirrels who crawl on the roof and may have access to the attic. This was a little alarming hearing scampering and scratching and should be addressed. 4. In the master bathroom, 3 of the 4 vanity lights were burned out making the bathroom dim. Easy fix! The house is charming overall and they have made some nice modern updates, especially in the kitchen. I would rent again provided the front door keys are not accessible to the public. The owner was very pleasant to communicate with.
