Not ideal
Our stay was ok. We were looking for somewhere affordable to stay. We had an issue in the walls that we connected with the property owner for, and he was very responsive. The listing is a tad deceptive because it is a 3 story walk up in the rear of a building. It is near a transition area between a nice neighborhood and one that is is not safe. We are avid runners and did not feel safe running near the outside of the location. The actual inside of the location is actually exactly as listed. We had concerns that there were squirrels in the walls or rodents. They were running about for 2 of the 5 nights we were there. We went in summer and it was hot. The unit cools well at night, but being Floridians we are accustomed to very even cooling.
