Discover our charming stone house "Terre et Mer", nestled in a hamlet near Saint-Vincent-sur-Jard, a true gem of the Vendée coast. You will enjoy an idyllic setting, surrounded by trees and greenery, with an ideal location: just 2.5km from the first beaches and 800m from the village.
This charming house has been designed for your comfort, so that you can fully enjoy your holidays with family or friends. You will also be close to a farm (without nuisances) and an organic market gardener.
For your outdoor meals, you will appreciate the large garden, equipped with loungers to relax.
As soon as you arrive in this house, you will be charmed by the living room with its stone walls and exposed beams. You will discover a welcoming lounge area, equipped with a sofa bed offering additional sleeping space, as well as a television. From the bay windows, you will enjoy a pleasant view of the garden.
The large family dining table is also located in this room, next to the fully equipped open kitchen. You will find everything you need to cook: American fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, teapot, coffee grinder and filter coffee maker. The washing machine is also installed in the kitchen.
In the living room, a library for adults is at your disposal, as well as a dedicated space for children, with books and games.
Upstairs, you will access the bedrooms, all equipped with high-end bedding: two rooms each have a Queen Size bed (160x200), and the third is fitted with a bunk bed. A baby bed is also available if needed. The bathroom is located upstairs and is equipped with a hairdryer. The staircase to access the upper floor is quite steep, reflecting the charm of the old. A child safety gate is installed, but vigilance is recommended with young children.
For parking, three private parking spaces are available just in front of the house.
* For total transparency, we inform you that certain elements of the house are currently being improved. The bathroom shows signs of use (shower joints), the sanitary facilities are old, and a cooking plate is not working. Outside, the awning is also in poor condition.
Good news: renovation work is already planned, including the replacement of sanitary equipment, the cooking plate, the refrigerator and the awning. These improvements will be carried out soon according to our service provider's schedule.
