You benefit from a new single-storey house (apartment on the 1st floor with independent access), tastefully decorated and equipped with quality materials. The accommodation has a private entrance and 2 parking spaces on overgreen. The accommodation has 3 bedrooms including a master suite and a sofa bed that can accommodate up to 6 people.

A large plot of 1000m2 to enjoy the good weather and a beautiful view of the mountains around Lake Annecy.

We are 5min walk from the beach of Sevrier (Lake Annecy) and the greenway to take a nice bike ride around the lake. We provide you with 2 bikes and possibility to rent more bikes 500m from the house.

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben! Sehr modern, sauber und ausreichend Platz für alle. Ausstattung: alles da, was man braucht.Lage: an der Ortsdurchgangsstrasse, jedoch gut und zentral gelegen. Parkplatz vor der Tür.Strassenlärm war nur ein wenig zu hören.

La maison est belle et moderne. Toutes les commodités sont présentes (lave linge, lave vaisselle etc ). Le reproche pas de Clim et l’air est étouffant, le Brumisateur ne suffit pas ainsi que les simples ventilos. Les places de parking pas simple pour se garer. Faudrait mettre un brise vue pour couper avec la rue, enlever le balancelle qui ne sert à rien et créer un petit patio extérieur avec table chaise plancha abris etc, pour pouvoir cuisiner et manger en extérieur.
