As soon as you arrive, you can leave your car and enjoy the many cycle paths that pass a few metres from the house. This house, completely renovated, offers a perfect setting for holidays with family or friends. You will have a modern and well-equipped kitchen for your meals.

-New equipped kitchen, including dishwasher, oven, induction hob, fridge-freezer, washing machine, filter and pod coffee maker, kettle, toaster.

-Bathroom and toilet

-Bedroom with double bed (140 cm), bed linen provided for comfort.

Upstairs:

-Bedroom with double bed (140 cm), sheets provided.

-Mezzanine equipped with a single bed (90 cm), sheets provided.

Enclosed terrace, with an awning for more shade.

-Garden furniture and deck chairs to relax.

-Plancha to enjoy outdoor meals.

Important note about cleaning:PGJyPg
Cleaning is not included in the rental price. A cleaning deposit of 100€ will be requested on arrival. This deposit will not be returned if the house is not left clean, as it was found on arrival.

Hébergement très agréable et très fonctionnel. Grande plancha très pratique pour cuire à l'extérieur.Proche du centre ville et de ses commerces. L'accès à pied ou à vélo pour la plage ce fait très bien.Nous avons passé 15 jours à 4 personnes et le séjour c'est très bien passé. Merci beaucoup à Marina pour son accueil, ses conseils et sa disponibilité.Et un grand merci également à Sébastien, notre hôte, pour cet hébergement très soigné.
