This charming holiday home of 50 M2 for 4 people is composed as follows:

- A living room with sitting area and lounge with sofa bed
- An equipped kitchen opening onto the living room
- A bathroom with bathtub, sink and toilet.
- TV with wifi and sound bar.
- A room with a double bed in 140 cm
- Living room with bay window overlooking a wood terrace of 20 m2, equipped with garden furniture
- Enclosed garden with trees
- Numbered parking place at the entrance of the residence.
The residence is pedestrianised, parking is located at the entrance and accommodation is not accessible by car.

Equipment:
Washing machine, dishwasher, 4 gas hob, refrigerator, electric oven, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, TV, vacuum cleaner, barbecue, garden furniture, private parking.

- Electricity: included in the price of the stay
- Bed linen and towels not provided - Possibility of rental:16 €/set of sheets or 19 €/set of duvets; kit of towels (2 towels, 2 bath towels, 1 bath mat): 20 €, or possibility to the unit.

Das Ferienobjekt entsprach nicht unseren Erwartungen.Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmte nicht.Für uns nicht tragbar waren eine Dusche ohne Vorhang,ein Schlafzimmer ohne Fenster und Schränke zum Verstauen von Bekleidung und keine Möglichkeit draußen im Garten zu essen,da die fotografierten Stühle und Tische neben dem Kompost und in ungemütlicher Umgebung waren.Schleierhaft ist uns auch ,wie in diesem Haus 4 Personen verweilen sollen.Allerdings waren die Betreuung durch einen Mitarbeiter der Agentur hervorragend,der uns noch einen Tisch,Stühle und einen Sonnenschirm besorgte.Wir waren schon mehrmals in der Bretagne und können dieses Objekt nicht weiterempfehlen.
