Pretty house in a listed village with swimming pool 3 bedrooms two bathrooms. SIX OR EIGHT PEOPLE. The house has just undergone major renovation work (new windows, terrace redone, new kitchen etc...). Swimming pool. The house is composed of a first floor and two floors. Terrace, with garden furniture for meals and relaxing armchairs. Parking. 1.5 km from all shops (crossroads, pharmacy, doctor, tobacconist, press....). Within a radius of 20 km, there are 7 "Most Beautiful Villages in France" (Collonges-La-Rouge, Curemonte, Carennac, Loubressac, Autoire, Martel...). We are 30 minutes from Rocamadour and 20 minutes from Padirac. We are 17 km south of Brive-la-Gaillarde, in the department of LOT (46110) and depend on the Tourist Office of the Dordogne Valley. BE CAREFUL, GIVEN THE PROXIMITY OF THE SWIMMING POOL, WE DO NOT RENT WITH TOO YOUNG CHILDREN. There are four bedrooms, one of which is an attic (mostly for young people).
