We had a great time! The pool was beautiful (although the weather only allowed one swim opportunity), the house was clean and well stocked with everything possibly needed! It was an amazing trip!

My family and I enjoyed the home very much. Just the right size for small families. The pool area was one of the best features as we spent a good amount of time by the pool when at “home”. Kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed during our stay. Laundry facilities were a plus. Location of home was a great feature at the end of cul de sac with a large canal behind. If there was any negatives I only can say we did lose internet service for a short while and the electricity in the two guest bedrooms on the one side of home lost electricity. Luckily we had a “tradesman” family member who was able to determine that one of the breakers tripped. It was remedied easily but it should be looked at by a certified electrician. Also the bedroom lights did not work properly with wall switches. We had no lights in the closets. Not a big deal but a little inconvenient at night. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to book again in the future. Luke was very attentive and appreciated his assistance.

Always a favorite! Love spending our days at the pool or on the dock fishing. We've stayed here multiple times and will be back! Luke is great.

The house was amazing ! It had everything we needed for our family! The view was beyond incredible! The beds were comfortable and the air was amazing! You could literally show up with just your clothes and be set! They even went out of their way to have a shower chair delivered for my fiancé! 10000% will book again

A Perfect Florida Getaway – Truly a Home Away from Home

This vacation rental exceeded all of our expectations! The breathtaking views of both sunrise and sunset made each day feel magical. The home is beautifully designed with every detail thoughtfully considered. From the moment we arrived, we felt relaxed and right at home.Everything you need for a perfect Florida vacation is here—from the fully stocked kitchen to the spacious storage and closet areas for everyone. The owners even thought of beach chairs and an umbrella, making our beach days so easy and enjoyable. We especially loved the heated pool, fishing off the dock, and kayaking along the peaceful canal. There are even board games for the kids, which made our family evenings extra special.Luke, our host, was fantastic—communicative, helpful, and clearly takes great pride in this home. You can tell so much love and care went into creating this space.Honestly, I don’t think I can book another vacation rental after experiencing Luke’s home. We only wish we had booked it for longer—we would have loved to spend the entire summer here.In summary, this home is absolute perfection

Beautiful Home

This home is even better than how it is listed. Luke was great to communicate with! The little extras that were provided made the trip so much better than other places I’ve stayed. The pool was amazing with the sun tanning spot!! The location was so quiet and peaceful. There was some boat traffic but not enough to bother you. I would absolutely stay here again!!

Great Stay

Great house, great location, wonderful pool. Home was clean and very relaxing. What a place to unwind. Felt very much at home and got into relaxation mode very quickly. Easy access to Pine, Sanibel and Captiva Islands. Heated pool was outstanding. Boat traffic on canal was enjoyable to watch and not enough to be annoying. Check-in was seamless and communication with owner was not a problem. Neighborhood felt safe and secure and lots of walking opportunities. Definite do over.

Great property, great location, great host!

We spent three weeks at this wonderful home. The things that stood out to us were the cleanliness of the home, the perfect location, and the responsiveness of the host. The pool/lanai looked out over the intersection of two canals providing a great view. Even though the pool area is on the north side of the property, it gets sun all day long due to the lower height of the home and the position of the pool/lanai. The neighborhood was very peaceful. We had great access to attractions including a public park within walking distance and Cape Royal golf course which was only a short drive away. Cape Harbour and other entertainment areas are also just a short drive. The home was super comfortable, and well-appointed with kitchen supplies, appliances, etc. The host checked in with us, and was VERY prompt to reply to a couple of inquires that we had. We highly recommend this property and hope to get a chance to enjoy it again in the near future.

Outstanding Accommodations

The house was an amazing beautiful home and layout to accommodate children. Luke was outstanding his response time was very efficient and accommodating. The home is on the canal which allowed for fishing and relaxing to watch the sunsets. The pool was the perfect temps. The house had all the necessities. The neighborhood was a safe relaxing vibe. Absolutely recommend!

Highly recommend

Luke’s house is just lovely. My granddaughter wanted to book for next year after being there for only half an hour. The view is wonderful. Everything you need is there. I did not have to contact Luke during our stay as there were no problems but he did check in with us to make sure everything was good so I’m sure he would have responded quickly should we have needed him. If we are back in that area next year we will definitely be looking to book

Another wonderful vacation!

This is our second time at Aqua Vista and our favorite spot for the whole family. Luke is very accommodating and with excellent communication. Home and pool/canal are beautiful

Perfection!

Our family spent 9 nights at Aqua Vista and loved every second. The home is beautiful, just as pictured and described. We were also able to have a pontoon delivered to the dock and spent a couple days exploring the canals and shell hunting at Captiva Island. Besides the boat days, we spent all day enjoying the pool, home and gorgeous views. Communication with Luke was seamless. Fantastic place to get away and relax. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Perfect family house.

They had everything we needed for our stay. Kids stuff, kitchen utensils, bathroom supplies. Such a beautiful home, very clean organized, pretty homely. My husband wants us to book it again for our next summer vacation. I highly recommend this property.

Beautiful Waterfront Home

Luke’s home is even more spectacular than the pictures show. The sunset view from the lanai or dock area down the canal is wonderful.The home and grounds are very well kept up and clean. The 2 kayaks provided are a great bonus since they are pricey to rent. Luke always answered any questions we had immediately.Be sure to also take a short walk to the Sands Park! We already booked the home for our vacation again next year.

Beautiful home

This is a beautiful home, located on a cul de sac with wonderful views of the canal. The pool temperature was very comfortable with an assortment of pool floaties. The house was spacious and clean. We really enjoyed our time!

What a wonderful stay - met all our expectations, and then some! Couldn't imagine a more perfect place to spend time away from the cold up north, having everything needed for our 4 week stay - laundry, basic food staples, complete compliment of kitchen utensils & appliances... But for groceries & adult beverage runs, we never had to leave the property. Excellent Wi-Fi connections allowed for remote work, while the heated pool and comfortable poolside seating made for total relaxation & rejuvenation. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac with a gulf-access canal as the backyard boundary provided for maximum privacy & security; the jumping mullet & passing flotilla of boats made for endless entertainment. This was a stellar stay - hope to visit again soon.

We love Aqua Vista for its location in SW Cape Coral, a quiet cul-de-sac with great neighbors and the view of the water overlooking the pool. 180 feet of waterfront on the canal intersection with amazing sunrises and sunsets. Sitting out on the dock fishing or hopping in one of the two kayaks for some exercise and a view of the many waterfront properties sharing Cape Coral's vast canal system. Ease of travel to Rumrunners or Pinchers down in Cape Harbour via car or boat.
