Enjoy breathtaking views of tidal wetlands, the Indian River Bridge and the bay from this amazing second floor end unit furnished condo in Bethany Bay. Bethany Bay is situated on the Indian River Bay and White Creek with water access for kayaking, canoeing, paddleboard and jet skis. The community also has a large outdoor pool, kiddie pool, tennis, pickleball, basketball, walking trails, 9 hole par 3 golf course (pay to play) and so much more. You will love the natural setting and the beautiful sunrises and sunsets plus enjoy the blue herons, egrets, deer and more. The condo is sun filled, bright and cheery with extra windows. You will find a large eat-in kitchen with white cabinetry and appliances, a spacious dining/living room with an electric fireplace, a great place to entertain or take a nap, a primary bedroom with a full bath and a guest bedroom with its own bath. Clean and family friendly

The condo was laid out well and clean. The pool was awesome and large enough that it never felt crowded. Beautiful views and plenty of wildlife to see on bike rides.

Friend Vacation

Beautiful condo in a great community! Hosts were easy to communicate with and everything was easy which made our trip wonderful :) we loved the pool, the location was nice with an easy drive to the beach, and many local restaurants. Will absolutely be back!

Great place!

This condo is a terrific spot for being around the beach! It has a thoughtful and well-maintained kitchen, terrific inlet views, and is very clean. We will certainly come back again!

Great stay at a wonderful property with a bayside view

Very clean property in a great location. Enjoyed the pool, tennis courts, sitting on the porch and viewing the bay, and close proximity to Bethany beach. Will definitely come back soon.

Perfect Getaway!! You’ll love it here!

My husband, kids, and I spent a few nights in this beautifully maintained condo. Very clean, spacious, and we loved the beach theme! The views off the screened in porch were breathtaking! Very peaceful property! The owners were very nice and quick to respond to questions. We’ll definitely be back!

A perfect getaway!

I travelled with my teenagers and this spot had everything for everybody! Golf, tennis, pool, and bikes all right at the property. And then short drives to multiple beaches and boardwalks! And the condo itself was fully stocked and impeccably clean! The owners were super fast with responses to questions! Can’t wait to stay here again!

Wonderful Stay!

What a great stay we had! The host were so polite and helpful. The view was beautiful and the wildlife. The house had everything we needed to have a great time. The kitchen was fully stocked. Short drive to the beach. Short drive to restaurants. Kids loved it and we did too. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful condo :)

Glorious bethany beach stay

We have stayed here many times over the years and it is always amazing—so cozy with beautiful marsh/bay views. Central to many activities and the beach. The hosts are awesome and ensure you have everything you need. The only negative thing is when we have to leave:)

Beautiful View

This was a cute property and we enjoyed our stay. The scenery was tranquil and soothing - our favorite part. It was located about 15 minutes from the ocean. The community pool and hot tub were nice features too. It was a well-stocked property with all the essentials and more. Having the sheets supplies was super nice benefit. The only improvements I would make is a more comfortable sofa (cushions kept pushing out and a little dirty) and to clean the patio especially the screen debris. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely stay here again. The owners were also very accommodating.

Fantastic Property with Amazing View

My family has stayed at several properties in the Bethany Beach area, and this is by far our favorite! Ron and Elaine are wonderful hosts and the property has everything you need for great week. The view of the bay is wonderful and we enjoyed morning and evening visits from local deer and other wildlife. We can't wait to return!

Perfect Getaway

This was the perfect space for a quick weekend away. The condo was immaculate and equipped with everything we could need and so mich more. We enjoyed the peace of the community, the natural surroundings and the area.would definitely consoder staying again if we were staying in the area.

Relaxation at its best!

Home away from home!

Once again we had a great time! We truly feel like we are at home when we are there. The condo is well stocked with everything we need. I have now cooked both a Thanksgiving and Easter dinner there and all cooking supplies were right there. It’s great!

Spring Getaway

My partner, sister and I spent 5 days in this beautiful condo in May of 2024. The condo was perfect for our needs with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and couches and terrific views of the bay and marsh. The decor was most pleasant with lovely French poster art and cheerful colors. We especially enjoyed the screened in porch. The community is quiet and we enjoyed many walks. We did not get to take advantage of the community amenities because it was off season. We would definitely would like to rent this place again on our next trip to the Bethany Beach area.

Peaceful and beautiful!

The weather did not cooperate so it was nice that the property was so beautiful. We spent a lot of time just watching and listening to birds in the marsh. You could never really tire of that view! (Well I couldn't anyway!) Cozy and beautiful- I'd definitely stay again! Had many conveniences like cooking implements and even a washer and dryer. Great place!

Stunning Waterviews. And you can see the Indian river inlet bridge

Ide like to start off with as soon as you walk in the condo the view of the water is perfect. The condo has great seating room also the kitchen has everything you need to cook with. There was great cable and internet. Also the community has lots to offer from golf to tennis to basketball volleyball etc…oh almost forgot beds are comfy

Modern interior and outstanding views

There are countless houses in a huge private community. The apartment is on the second floor. No elevator. The main door is very easy to open and to close, no key necessary, just the PIN. One master bedroom with a queen-sized bed and bathroom. Another bedroom with two small beds and a second bathroom. So, four people can sleep in the beds. We are a couple, and it was quiet during our six nights 15 May to 21 May 2022. During the day, craftsman and lawn mower may be at work. Various large food markets are located nearby. The interior of all rooms is thoughtfully designed and very nicely decorated. The backyard views are marvelous and matchless. There are gorgeous views from the deck including wide views of wetland, gras, trees, birds, and water. You get the impression of being in the middle of a National Wildlife Refuge. The stunning point is that you do not see any of the many other houses. The photo on the website catches this important feature. We were surprised that the real view is even considerably better than the promising photo. I have a back problem enjoy the mattresses of Hampton Inn. Other people may not perceive any problem with the beds. I sensed the beds creaking, squeaking, and wobbling. There is a soft topper, but it did not settle the mattress trouble. We managed the beds by sleeping in different bedrooms. For me, the sofa is too soft, and I felt like drowning. However, this is may not be unusual for American sofas. The toaster is colorful but did not accommodate our Thomas bagels. Thus, we bought a wide slot toaster and left it for other people to come. I could count all nice decorations, e.g. the table on the deck. But this would extend the word limit of the review. I am grateful to the owner for their efforts to make the living in their apartment comfortable and cosy. I feel lucky that I had the chance to enjoy being there. I can highly recommend this rental for quiet and nature loving couples. Five stars are for the well prepared interior and the outstanding views from the deck.
