Masters Rental: New Home 20 min Drive to Augusta National on Martinez Evans Line

Looking for some space while in town for the Masters Tournament? Well look no further. This 5 bed 4 bath home is nestled in the heart of Columbia County just minutes from grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, and golf courses. It’s sitting on just over 2.5 acres with plenty of space to relax or entertain. The Augusta National is 8.6 miles (15-20 minutes).

This 3600 square foot home features a nice open floor plan. The kitchen, cafe, and living room are open to each other on the first level. The cafe has a table that can seat 4 people with the kitchen island seating 3 people. Also on this level you will find a guest bedroom with queen bed and a full bathroom located next to the room. There is a dining room off the foyer area with a table that can seat 10 people.

On the second level you will find a seating area right off the stairs with access to a smart TV. The master bedroom is very spacious with a king size bed and recliner. The master bathroom has a garden tub, walk-in tile shower, and separate toilet room. The next two bedrooms both have a queen sized bed and share a bathroom. The tub/shower combo and toilet are in a separate room just behind the double vanity. The last bedroom also has a queen sized bed with its own private bathroom.

Walking outside from the cafe, there is a nice covered patio with comfortable patio couch and chairs. Here you can relax after a long day while grilling on the Recteq grill. There is a Security Doorbell Camera and Security Cameras around the outside perimeter of the home. These cameras will be on and used only for security purposes. Should you need change over cleaning during your stay, it will be an additional $200 per cleaning requested. The final clean is included in the price.
