We were in the area for a softball tournament and wanted more than a hotel room. Perfect for 2 families and more if needed to relax and enjoy the weekend.
We rented the property for a weekend for a family reunion. We are from the area, but with a total of 13 of us, it's hard to all fit into one place now. This was great as it gave us the opportunity to all stay in the same place and spend more time together!
We loved this property for our weekend pheasant hunting trip to Stafford County. Place was perfect for our large gathering and we took advantage of the kitchen, the grill and the picturesque views all around. The lodge was comfy with plenty of rooms and beds for the whole party. The open Kitchen, Dining and Living Room area was perfect for hanging out. Had a great hunters breakfast at the Wheatland Cafe in Hudson, a can't miss.
Look forward to coming back here next year!
We were playing in a state baseball game in Great Bend, and this place was the perfect spot to unwind after a long day. the boys could practice outside in the big backyard while the adults enjoyed quiet time indoors. Enough rooms for each family to have a room and a room for the kids to hang together. The Birdhouse was perfect. The hosts were accommodating and quick to respond. Highly recommended.
