Equipment:
The 50 m² apartment with shower room consists of 1 bedroom with double bed and a living area with double sofa bed and small terrace at the main entrance area. The apartment is suitable for a maximum of 4 persons.
Bedroom complete with linen, bathroom complete with towels, hair dryer, washer-dryer, toilet paper and soap.
The interior of the renovated and bright apartment includes a fully equipped modern kitchen with kettle, coffee maker, teapot, toaster, stove with oven, dishwasher, dishcloth, microwave, fridge / freezer, WiFi, TV with satellite, radio with CD player, Hairdryer and air conditioning.
Upon request, we provide a cot, a toddler equipment and a high chair without charge.

The location:
The apartment is located on the street side in the 1st. Upper floor of the eastern part of our house, in the middle of the village center of St. Pauls. In 3 minutes bakers, butchers, grocery stores, pharmacy, cafes, wine bars, restaurants, pizzerias are located.

The particularities:
St. Pauls is a faction from the municipality of Eppan. The municipality Eppan is located in the center of the wine and fruit growing area Überetsch. Not far away is the capital Bolzano and the city of Merano, as well as the well-known municipality Kaltern.

St. Pauls is an idyllic wine village and you have many opportunities to learn more about wine. With us you are exactly right in this regard!

WINE and pleasure in the Enothek Vis à Vis:
We invite our guests to a wine tasting free of charge, which takes place every Thursday at 4 pm on the theme: "Wine & Culinary" in our own wine bar "Vis à Vis". You should not miss out on this experience. Please register in time.

Schöne Fewo, gut eingerichtet,sogar mit Klimaanlage, sehr sauber, gutes Bett, Bad schön groß mit Waschmaschine und Trockner, Küche komplett ausgestattet. Der Aufenthalt in St. Pauls war wunderbar. Stefanie und Ihre Familie waren tolle Gastgeber. Freundlich, offenherzig, voller positiver Energie und stets mit einem offenen Ohr. Auf der Terrasse lässt es sich Frühstücken, entspannen oder einfach ein Glas Wein genießen. Die Wohnung war sauber und geräumig, es war alles da was man braucht. Ich fahre schon seit mehr als 10 Jahren über Ostern nach St. Pauls. Die Ferienwohnung war super sauber und modern eingerichtet. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern konnte man die Autos draußen auch überhaupt nicht hören. Die Küche ist fürs Kochen gut ausgestattet. Der Kontakt mit Familie Schwarzer war gleich herzlich und zuvorkommend. Wir wollen nächstes Jahr auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Sehr sympathische, hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Die FeWo liegt sehr günstig und ist der ideale Ausgangspunkte für Sightseeing-Touren in die Umgebung. Aber auch in unmittelbarer Umgebung gibt es viel zu sehen und zu unternehmen.

Tolle Wohnung und liebe Gastgeber

Es war unser erster Urlaub in Südtirol. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert und der Empfang sehr herzlich. Die Wohnung hatte wirklich alles was man braucht und auch mehr. Highlight war die Guest-Card für Südtirol, die uns die erforderliche Mobilität und mehr gab (Das Auto konnte stehenbleiben 🙂). Die Lage direkt an der Straße hat und nicht wirklich gestört. Vielen Dank liebe Steffi und Martin, dass wir Dank der schönen und geographisch zentralen Lage eurer Ferienwohnung einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub verbringen konnten.
