Between Port Crouesty and the beaches, this is the ideal area for a wonderful vacation with family or friends! This comfortable family home was completely renovated in 2023.
The house measures approximately 150 m², comprising on the ground floor: an entrance hall with a large under-stairs cupboard (shelves/wardrobe), a separate toilet with a washbasin and urinal, a separate kitchen with a dishwasher, a 3-burner induction hob, a refrigerator/freezer combination with 3 freezer drawers, an oven, a microwave, a Nespresso machine (large capsules) and a filter coffee maker, and a breakfast bar with 3 stools. The dining/living room (fireplace not in use) has a TV that opens onto the terrace. The laundry room includes a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a sink, and a second refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
The first bedroom is an en-suite with a 160x190 cm bed, a large closet (shelves/wardrobe), and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, plus a toilet. Upstairs: The hallway leads to a second bedroom with two bunk beds (sleeps 4, 90x190cm), a third bedroom with a 140x190cm bed, a small sink, and storage (shelves/wardrobe). On the opposite wing, at the end of the hallway, a door opens onto a landing leading to a fourth bedroom with a trundle bed, either two 80cm beds or one 160x200cm bed, a small sink, storage (shelves/wardrobe), and a shower room with toilet. A few steps lead down to the living/kitchen area with a 4-star refrigerator with a freezer, sink, two-burner induction hob, microwave, sofa bed, and TV. This area is accessed either through its own entrance via the exterior stairs leading to the garden or from inside the house.
Garage. Baby equipment: Bathtub, travel cot and mattress, high chair, stroller, changing mat, and safety gate.
Enclosed garden of approximately 350 m², with a large terrace on two sides of the house, allowing for beautiful sun exposure at all times of the day. Garden furniture.
