About this property

On the first floor with an elevator in a bourgeois building in the city center of Cannes and on the Rue d\'Antibes, this spacious and charming 90 m2 apartment is located. From the entrance hall, you access the street side towards the large living room and kitchen, while the two large bedrooms, equipped with large closets, one of which has a bathroom and toilet, are located on the courtyard side. The two bedrooms have 180 beds or (on request two separate beds) the sofa can be used as a simple sleeping accommodation in an emergency. A laundry-storage room, a large bathroom with toilet as well as three small balconies complete this ideally located apartment to discover the city on foot.
