Feet in the water, in front of the most beautiful cane beach (10 meters), Midi beach.

Next to the Radisson Hotel, former Sofitel (and not at Cannes La Bocca), 200 m from the old Suquet district and the old port of Cannes;

5 minutes walk from the Croisette, the Palais des Festivals and the pedestrian streets (rue Meynadier, rue d'Antibes etc ..).

The sea view is magnificent - 180 ° - from Pointe Croisette and the Lérins Islands (sunrise in the East) to the Estérel Massif (sunset in the West) Very beautiful terrace. Luxurious apartment, refurbished in mid-2014. Elevator.

Juste sublime et dépaysant!

Nous avons quitté nos montagnes à la recherche de mer et sable fin du côté de Cannes avec nos 2 princesses. Nous sommes tombés sur l'appartement de M. BERNARD qui est juste à couper le souffle! Entierement rénové, équipé et Idealement placé les pieds dans l'eau face à cette mer turquoise! Qui plus est, il est à 5 minutes d un point de vue panoramique (musée de la Castre), du Suquet, 10 minutes a pieds du palais du festival, du marché de forville, bref au top! De plus accueilli avec une bonne bouteille de blanc au frais, le sejour ne pouvait que bien se passer. Merci encore Alain pour cette location et votre confiance, à réitérer avec plaisir si nous sommes de passage sur Cannes. Thierry

Incredible view from a beautifully designed apartment

A colleague and I stayed in the apartment for business reveling in the gorgeous view and the perfect interior decoration. The location is the perfect distance from the Croisette: 10 minute walk away and just far enough to escape the frenzy ;-) Alain was the perfect host checking in the make sure we were settled and had found the liquid present he had left for us in the fridge. A true gem in Cannes!

Beautiful apartment with a perfect view!

We travel to the french riviera for more than seven years now and are very happy that we've discovered the apartment of Alain this year. It was our favorite place to stay so far. The sea view with the pretty balcony is fantastic. Watching the sunset and even the sunrise while sitting on the couch is just one reason to stay. The apartment is modern, clean and well equipped. As women we highly appreciated the chic and bright bathroom as well. The distance to the Palais des Festivals was about 15 minutes to walk and so a good choice when you are staying to work. You can reach the sea and beach only in 2 minutes. Even Cannes is sometimes chaotic but in Alains apartment you feel safe and can find a marvellous place to relax and escpae. Looking forward to come back soon!

Amazing apartment and a great host

Amazing apartment in front of the sea and with panoramic sea view of the French riviera and the bay of Cannes. It was also a great pleasure to meet Alain and the apartment was impeccably cleaned and well prepared for our arrival. The old port is a couple minutes away and the Palais within less than 10 minute walk. I can't recommend this apartment enough and I look forward to returning again next year.

Fabulous apartment opposite the beach!

Alain's apartment was even better than we imagined! Very modern, clean and well appointed with a wonderful large terrace facing the sea with amazing views. There are 2 double bedrooms, one with its own shower and balcony facing the town behind. The main bathroom is well equipped and there is a second separate WC. Easy walking distance to the Palais and Croisette but far enough away from the bustle to escape it all. Handover, cleaning etc. all worked very smoothly. Highly recommended!
