Comfortably furnished with very good amenities! 1 bedroom, bathroom with shower and tub, additional separate WC, living area with open kitchen, double sofa bed and chic dining area, furnished terrace. The apartment has a parking space on the property. The beach promenade is about 300m away. is about 8-10 minute walk to the town center and the famous Ahlbeck pier. The access by car is via the Ferdinand-Egelinski Street.

Besser als ich es erwartet habe
Mit dieser Wohnung können bei Schöner Wohnen teilnehmen. Auch das Umfeld hat uns gut gefallen wir können Sie nur Weiter empfehlen. Es hat dazu geführt das wir zwei weitere Termine gebucht und das sagt alles

Perfekte Auszeit
Wir haben die Ferienwohnung gebucht um uns eine Woche eine Auszeit zu gönnen. Die Anfahrt war etwas schwierig da die Parkplätze nicht über die vermittelte Anschrift zu erreichen sind (Straße noch nicht fertig gestellt).Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und modern gestaltet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Schade war nur dass die Außenanlage/ Zugangswege noch nicht fertiggestellt waren und im oder am Haus Arbeiten stattgefunden haben. Auf Grund dessen sind immer wieder Handwerker über unsere Terrasse gelaufen. Eine Info vorab diesbezüglich wäre schön gewesen.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoß mit einer kleinen ausreichenden Terrasse für 4 Personen. Die Ausstattung ist gut. Im Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer befindet sich je ein TV. Die Einrichtung ist gehobener Standard mit einer zusätzlichen Toilette neben dem Badezimmer. Das Boxspringbett hat für einen angenehmen Schlaf gesorgt. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Der nächste Bäcker ist einige Gehminuten entfernt. Der Strand ist schnell zu erreichen. Lediglich die Parkbuchten sind für die heutigen Fahrzeuggrößen eng bemessen. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße. Zum Bahnhof sind es zu Fuß ungefähr 400m. Weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.
