Super Lage

Wir haben jeden Abend den Ausblick auf das Wasser sehr genossen. Man kann auch wunderbar ĂŒber eine FahrradbrĂŒcke und kleine Straßen ins Zentrum laufen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Anbieter war Bestens. Die Wohnung selbst hat uns alles geboten, was wir benötigt haben.

Sehr schöne gut gelegene Ferienwohnung

Uns hat die Wohnung sehr gut gefallen. Modern eingerichtet. GerĂ€umige Zimmer. Tolle Aussicht auf das Seerheinufer und die Promenade. Man ist in ca.10 Minuren zu Fuß in der Altstadt und in ca 5 Minuten im Supermarkt bzw. beim BĂ€cker. Der Vermieter ist auch sehr nett. Alles top!

Schöner Aufenthalt am Seerhein

Sehr helle und komfortable Wohnung mit geschmackvoller Einrichtung und gut nutzbarem Balkon. Tolle Lage am Seerhein und NĂ€he zur Altstadt mit sehr schönem Weg ĂŒber die Uferpromenade dorthin, gerne von Studenten an lauen Abenden genutzt. Wir freuen uns schon auf den nĂ€chsten Aufenthalt dort.

Absolut EMPFEHLENSWERT

Wunderschöne und sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung in perfekter Lage mit traumhaftem Blick aufs Wasser. Altstadt durch Spaziergang schnell und angenehm zu erreichen. Alternativ Bus vor dem Haus. FrĂŒhstĂŒck und Abendessen auf dem großzĂŒgigen Balkon mit Rheinblick ist ein Genuss. Die helle, gut geschnittene Wohnung ist Top ausgestattet. Sie liegt zentral und bietet trotzdem Ruhe. Großes Einkauszentrum ist in unmittelbarer NĂ€he. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder. TOP Adresse - TOP Vermieter - TOP Unterkunft und Sauberkeit - lĂ€sst keine WĂŒnsche offen.

Tolle Lage, moderne Wohnung!

Sehr schöne Wohnung in bester Lage am Rhein. Wenn man ein Fahrrad dabei hat, kann man alles super erreichen - auch die Insel Mainau. Die Ausstattung der KĂŒche kann nicht ganz mit der modernen Wohnung mithalten.

Top lokatie en heel fijn appartement

De lokatie, vlakbij de historische binnenstad van Konstanz is perfect. Voor de deur is uitstekende gelegenheid om te zwemmen. Het balkon met uitzicht op het water is ruim genoeg. Als kleine minpuntjes kan ik alleen geven dat een van de tweepersoons bedden wel erg klein is en dat er een iets grotere tafel op het balkon zou mogen staan, om buiten te kunnen eten. Wij hebben de tafel van binnen op het balkon gezet als we buiten wilden eten . Verder echt een top appartement. De ontvangst door Isabel was heel hartelijk.

Schöne Wohnung in sehr guter Lage

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Die SchlĂŒssel wurden persönlich ĂŒbergeben. Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer sehr guten Lage direkt am Seerhein. Die Altstadt von Konstanz und auch ein Freibad sind fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar. An der Promenade vor dem Haus hat man einen guten Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr abendliche SpaziergĂ€nge. Die Promenade wird auch von den Einheimischen intensiv genutzt. Wir empfanden die damit einhergehende GerĂ€uschentwicklung in den Schlafzimmern nicht als störend. Die Wohnung war zweckmĂ€ĂŸig eingerichtet. Es war alles, was fĂŒr eine Woche benötigt wird, vorhanden. Einzig einen Ofen hĂ€tten wir noch begrĂŒĂŸt. Die sanitĂ€re Einrichtung war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Den Tiefgaragenstellplatz und den Fahrradkeller empfanden wir als sehr praktisch. Insgesamt war unsere gesamte Familie mit dem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Wir können die Ferienwohnung weiterempfehlen.

Schöner Urlaub

Mit unseren FahrrĂ€dern haben wir viel Neues in der Umgebung entdeckt. Um den Bodensee gibt es sehr schöne Radwege. Trotz Corona gab es wenig EinschrĂ€nkungen. Die Ferienwohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man fĂŒr einen optimalen Urlaub braucht.

Schöne Wohnug, praktische Lage sowohl zum Reinspringen in den Rhein als auch zum Einfaufen gehen. Bei Sommerwetter leider schwierig bei offenem Fenster zu schlafen denn am Rhein ist dann die Jugend unterwegs.

Komfortable Wohnung direkt am Rhein

Die Wohnung ist top gelegen, man ist mit dem Fahrrad sehr schnell in der Altstadt, an Badeanstalten, auf den Inseln Mainau und Reichenau und auf diversen Fahrrad Routen. Ein riesiger Edeka ist gleich gegenĂŒber, ebenso der Rhein, den wir tĂ€glich mehrmals zum Baden nutzten. Einziger Nachteil der tollen Lage: Die Rheinpromenade ist vor allem am Wochenende bis tief in die Nacht eine Partymeile, zumindest bei gutem Wetter. Kommunikation und Übergabe waren problemlos, wir bekamen gute Restaurant Tipps. Die Wohnung selber ist eher einfach eingerichtet, aber es war okay. FĂŒr Radfahrer super, da ein abschließbarer Fahrradkeller vorhanden ist. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in Konstanz.

Beautiful view of the Rhine.

We loved staying at this rental. We were visiting friends who live in Konstanz during (what used to be a rare) heatwave with temperatures in the mid 90’s and there was great swimming right outside the door. The house was well equipped for cooking which is always a big plus for us. The balcony is great for hanging out and looking at the Rhine and the old town is easy to walk to. Nicolas was a very responsive host. Would have liked to have air conditioning since the heat was so intense (maybe the new normal), but the river and breezes made the situation much better. Konstanz is a very comfortable town to stay in and we had a great time.

I would like to report on behalf of myself and my sister Shirley and friend Hedwig that we had a most enjoyable stay. Or host Nikolaus was so very helpful and kind. The location was great with the Rhine River just outside our door and convenient to the bus stop, grocery and more. The apartment was very neat and clean as well. Schöne Ferienwohnung, sehr gute Lage

Wir haben 15 schöne Tage dort verbracht. Die Wohnung ist zweckmĂ€ssig eingerichtet, sauber und hat einen schönen Balkon (Sonne ab mittags) mit Blick auf das belebte Rheinufer. Alles ist so vorzufinden, wie es auf den Fotos abgebildet ist. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und bemĂŒht, auf die GĂ€stewĂŒnsche einzugehen. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung nur empfehlen. Die Lage zeichnet sich durch eine schöne Promenade, die zum Verweilen einlĂ€dt, LebensmittelgeschĂ€fte (bis 22 Uhr geöffnet) und schöne Restaurants, CafĂ©s und BiergĂ€rten aus. Man kann sich gut zu Fuss, mit dem Fahrrad oder mit dem Bus (inklusive fĂŒr GĂ€ste wegen der GĂ€stekarte) bewegen. Eine nahegelegene FussgĂ€ngerbrĂŒcke fĂŒhrt in die geschichtstrĂ€chtige Altstadt und zum Zentrum mit unzĂ€hligen schönen GeschĂ€ften.

Wohnung mit Potential

Die Wohnung hat eine sehr schöne Lage am Seerhein und auch viel Potential. Sie ist jedoch sehr minimalistisch ausgestattet. Beispiele: Angeblich fĂŒr vier Personen, aber es gibt nur eine 2-Sitzer-Couch. Wir, zwei Personen, hatten die Wohnung fĂŒr sechs Übernachtungen angemietet. DafĂŒr wurde uns je ein Handtuch und je ein Badetuch zur VerfĂŒgung gestellt. Nach entsprechender Reklamation erhielten wir je ein weiteres Badetuch, aber keine zusĂ€tzlichen HandtĂŒcher. Auch die AufhĂ€ngemöglichkeiten fĂŒr Kleidung sind nicht ĂŒppig und an den SchrĂ€nken sind keine TĂŒren. Das Licht im Bad ist fĂŒr Nassrasierer schlecht. Mitten im Bad an der Decke ca. 2 m hinter dem Kopf hĂ€ngt eine schwache Lampe. Diese beleuchtet alles nur nicht das Gesicht welches rasiert werden soll. Ich habe mir mit einer Taschenlampe ausgeholfen. Das Fenster im Bad lĂ€sst sich aus "BrandschutzgrĂŒnden" nicht dauerhaft öffnen. Um frische Luft zu bekommen muss man etwas dazwischen klemmen. Z.B. eine Rolle Toilettenpapier, welches ĂŒbrignes auch nicht vorhanden war. Damit kann man im Urlaub leben, weil anderes wichtiger ist, aber mit ein klein wenig Überlegung was fĂŒr GĂ€ste angenehm wĂ€re und geringen Geldmitteln ließe sich die Wohnung erheblich verbessern. Ein weiterer Nachteil der Wohnung ist der LĂ€rm. Es war warm, also Fenster auf. Die Seepromenade ist anscheinend die Party-Meile fĂŒr die Jugend. So ziemlich jeden Abend waren GesprĂ€che, GelĂ€chter und Musik bis in die frĂŒhen Morgenstunden zu hören. Wir haben uns mit Oropax beholfen. Auch der nie endende Verkehr auf der am Haus vorbeifĂŒhrenden Bundesstraße bringt einen nicht geringen LĂ€rm. Zusammenfassung: Urlaub ok, Wohnung na ja.

Lovely apartment perfect situated near the lake

The apartment was clean and good equiped in the kitchen. Perfect with 2 bathrooms. A terrasse with nice view to the lake. The distance to centrum is also short, espessially if you have bicycle like we had.
