The residence is located on the heights of Saint Pierre La Mer, 900 m from shops and 900 m from the sea. It has a swimming pool of 15m x 8m with a depth of 95 to 140 cm. It opens from the beginning of July to the end of August. The shops, food shops, restaurant are 900 m away.
