3-ROOM apartment (approx. 60 m2) on the 1ST FLOOR, comprising: an entrance hall leading to a large LIVING/DINING ROOM with dining area and TV lounge, a spacious open-plan kitchen (fully equipped and furnished with a filter coffee maker) - a separate utility room with washing machine, a hallway, TWO separate BEDROOMS with storage - a SHOWER ROOM (with sink and shower cubicle), and a separate WC.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: 2 double beds (140x200cm + 140x190cm) + 1 sofa bed in the living room for 1 person only (90x190cm).
Pets allowed.
We offer the following optional services: bed linen rental and cleaning service.
