- A 5 m² loggia facing south-west with a view of the channel and furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The flat is ideally located in Cap d'Agde, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bakeries, bars and markets are close by. A shuttle bus also provides easy access to the port.
