The kitchen is fully equipped and opens onto the living room. The latter is equipped with two sofas, one of which is a sofa bed (TV + internet access), both opening onto the balcony-terrace. The two bedrooms each have their own bathroom. The master bedroom, with a 160 x 200 cm bed, is adjacent to a bathroom with toilet and has built-in storage. The second bedroom has two 90 x 190 cm beds and storage chests (also adjoining bathroom).
Private and fenced garden - external staircase to access the accommodation - Washing machine in the garage (8 steps).
NO PETS ALLOWED - INTERNET EQUIPMENT - NO OUTLETS FOR HYBRID OR ELECTRIC VEHICLES (it is prohibited to plug them in the accommodation)
Parking space in the courtyard enclosed by a gate.
An inventory of the accommodation is carried out upon each departure (see Article 1731 of the Civil Code).
Subsequent guests all have 24 hours to notify us anything they feel is not in compliance, or anything our services may have forgotten to report.
If tenants leave the property on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 [hidden] on the morning of their departure, a preliminary inventory will be carried out by the agency the day before departure. This will ensure that everything is in working order and that there is no damage. In the case of a preliminary inventory, the deposit will be canceled (credit card) or returned canceled (check) after the tenants' actual departure.

Optional services to be paid on site and reserved before your arrival:

- Bed linen/set for one bed/one week: €10.
- Bathroom linen/set per person/one week: €5.
